I used this often! I cook brown rice in it, as part of my dog's home cooked food. I can set it ahead of time, it will stay on warm until I want it. I love that I don't have to know how long to cook it for, or keep watching over it Happy with this!

Love it! Cooks rice perfectly. We had previously bought a very expensive Chinese one and it was nowhere as good as this one. It’s also diverse making all kinds of rice, soup, oatmeal, etc. I recommend it.

Excellent grain cooker. Cooked brown rice perfectly with the one touch setting. However, the key is the right amount of water which you can measure with the scale imprinted on the inside of the non stick pot.

I use this almost every day. It work so well with all types of rice. I also use it for barley, quinoa, black, brown & pink lentils, and bulgar.

Very sad for spending 200 pounds on this product and not getting good results . Money down the toilet .

NOT UK COMPATIBLE !!

THIS DEVICE IS NOT UK COMPATIBLE. It is rated at 100V and for the US & Canadian markets. Shocking that a product which is incompatible with the UK 220V rating is allowed to be sold on the UK Bolo site and especially as there is nothing in the description showing this discrepancy either. Buy at your peril if in the UK ... a return will cost you +/- £45 as the supplier doesn't provide a free return service and it has to be sent to Las Vegas. Highly disappointed and VERY annoyed !!
