Not sure if it's a placebo, but my hair does feel nicer and the smell isn't bad, though I think I'd prefer a better-scented one. The price is all right, just feels a little expensive for what you get.

HIMs works and the cost is reasonable. This was an order for the conditioner, but it us paired with the shampoo for the best results. Small hairs showed up with the first month.
