This is my 3rd HelloBaby product! I received this monitor as a gift in 2023. I loved it! Easy to use, picture quality was great in color and night vision. I purchased a second HelloBaby monitor (different model) that was cheaper & smaller to make it easier to take along on travel or family visits; It gets the job done (still have it and is working great). Unfortunately, my 2023 monitor broke a few days ago. It’s been dropped quite a bit, so it had nothing to do with the product. It’s been surprisingly very durable as there were times I thought it for sure had broken. Tiny hands are quick and powerful! But this last time, the monitor finally gave out. So of course, I planned to purchase another monitor set because you can connect up to 4 cameras to it and my 2023 camera worked just fine. Upon receiving it, the connection fails with my old camera. But the connection with the new monitor and new camera was a piece of cake. I contacted HelloBaby customer service to get assistance with the connection and I received a VERY quick response. That was my first surprise. But not only that, upon discussing my issue, they sent me a whole new camera because my 2023 camera was no longer compatible as there was an update to the 2025 cameras! Talk about amazing customer service! The entire time, they were friendly, understanding, and provided quick responses. This is probably my 2nd review ever, but my first POSITIVE review because how could I possibly not mention what a breeze this company made it to solve my issue. And from what I see, my review is one of many that rave about their customer service. I can also say, the upgrades have been phenomenal. The screen appears to be clearer (I had 0 complaints before so this is fantastic) and the battery life lasts so much longer. I also love the date and time stamp that automatically appears on the screen—as busy parents, days are a blur and our eyes are often on the monitors while trying to get things done, beats having to hunt down a phone because those wind up getting lost while doing a million things while baby naps! I was a happy customer before, but after this AMAZING Customer Service experience, I am even more thrilled about their products. Truly amazing that they’ve given a lot of busy, stressed out parents one less problem to worry about! Thank you HelloBaby!!!

Easy to set up. No wi-fi needed. Just plug it in and it's ready to go. I did buy the Hello Baby mount. We use this to watch our puppy in her crate. The battery to monitor easily lasts through the night if you need to take the monitor to a different room. Picture is clear. I love that you can move the camera from the monitor since the puppy moves around the crate. It is nice that there are built in lullabies that you can play. Customer service is awesome!! Highly recommend this product

This baby monitor is everything we needed. Our situation requires us to use this for our elderly grandma who has severe dementia, and it works like a charm!PROS:The Screen on the Monitor is very wide, and has 2 zoom options. And the picture quality is crystal clear! It's not grainy like other monitors!During the night, the screen switches to Nighttime mode, which is basically night vision which is awesome!The audio output is also clear. You can talk both ways, to the camera and through the monitor, and both sides are clear, no static sounds!The range goes a long ways. As long as you don't like in a steel building, the connection goes all over our house, and even outside!CONS:My ONLY wish is that the camera could spin a complete 360. Sometimes I need to be able to follow her throughout the room, and the camera will reach a limit and stop spinning.If you're looking for a great, inexpensive monitor that has great quality, then this is the one! From day one, this monitor has made a huge difference in how confidently I navigate nap time, bedtime, and everything in between.What I Love:Crystal Clear Video & Night Vision: The video quality is impressively sharp, even in complete darkness. I can clearly see my baby’s breathing movements without having to get up and check.Two-Way Audio: Being able to talk or soothe my baby through the monitor is a lifesaver, especially when I’m cooking or in another room.Strong Signal & Range: Whether I’m in the backyard or upstairs, the signal never drops. It doesn’t rely on Wi-Fi, which makes it more reliable and secure.Long Battery Life: The parent unit lasts all day and most of the night on a single charge, which is great for busy days.Small Cons (but not dealbreakers):Bulky Parent Unit: It’s a bit chunky to carry around, especially if you’re multitasking.No App Connectivity: Some parents might prefer a Wi-Fi model with phone app access, but I actually like the simplicity and security of a standalone system.Final Thoughts:This baby monitor has become one of our most-used baby items. It’s reliable, easy to use, and gives me the confidence to step away and take care of other things while keeping a watchful eye on my little one. It works pretty well for what it does. The temperature gauge is wonky, though, so we had to buy a separate temp reader for the room instead. Picture quality is decent but not amazing -- it isn't as crisp as I'd hoped, and movement has a slight delay. Sound quality is okay. You can talk to your baby through it, but the output sounds a little bit robotic.All in all, though, it's done its job for us.

Me sorprendió el tamaño, es mucho más grande de lo que pensé. Resistente, y a color. La nitidez es muy buena y a comparación de otras el audio también es más claro. Ademas La batería dura mucho tiempo y es muy fácil de usar. Sin programar sin nada solo se conecta y ya estas viendo por la pantalla , la mejor compra !Definitivamente recomiendo.
Reliable, Long Range, Good Quality.
This is the second time I order this monitor, because I accidentally broke the first one. I looked for other options but this has been the best. I tried hybrid cameras but they’re so unreliable, I was hesitant when first buying this since it’s Bluetooth only but it’s been perfect. The connection is strong, no buffering. I can sleep soundly while my baby is in his own room knowing I will hear him and can see him whenever he wakes up for a feed. Whenever I’m out and he’s being watched by the nanny, she can go all the way outdoors and the connection would still be solid. The only thing I prefer would be for the volume to be through buttons on the side instead of being on the screen only. Whenever my baby wakes up I reduce the volume immediately to avoid waking up my husband and it would be easier to do that with physical buttons.

Practical, Dependable Baby Monitor Without Internet Dependency
I was specifically looking for a baby monitor that didn’t rely on an internet connection, since I didn’t want to keep my phone screen on constantly. This Hello Baby monitor solved that perfectly. The camera needs to be plugged into external power, while the monitor is rechargeable and holds charge for several days. It connects quickly and has been very reliable.The video quality is sufficient for its purpose, and the night mode works surprisingly well. There’s no noticeable lag in the video feed. The screen graphics do feel a bit low-resolution by today’s standards, but the image quality itself is clear enough for monitoring your baby, which is what matters.I do wish the pricing was a little lower and that there were more good non-Wi-Fi options available in the market. That said, for what it offers, this is a solid, dependable choice, highly recommended for parents who want peace of mind while finishing up chores.
