I really want to like these multigrain chips. I know they’re supposed to be a healthier option, and I do like the idea behind them, but something about multigrain just doesn’t always land. These kind of feel like a bunch of grains and seeds pressed together and they tend to crumble pretty easily. They don’t hold up great with dip, and that’s a big deal for me when it comes to chips.That said, I like the Late July brand overall, and I think maybe I’d prefer one of their other products instead. Still, I get that this is what happens sometimes when you go for a cleaner label with different ingredients. It’s not trying to be a regular tortilla chip, and I respect that.I’ll keep trying them every once in a while, just not something I’d reach for all the time. Taking off one star, but leaving it at that since it’s probably a good fit for folks looking for this exact kind of chip.
