The material is soft and you wont wake up with imprints on your face, the elastic band is wide and comfortable to sleep on, the eye mask itself is large and blocks 100% of all light around (even around the nose). I havent tried to wash it yet but i own a satin pillow case from this brand and it has held up well in the washer so im not concerned

I got the Satin Leopard nine months ago, it’s still so soft and smooth after many washes and uses. Sometimes I wear it at night bc it is very soothing to me, like the effect of a weighted blanket but for my eyes. I have worn it on car rides when the sun was directly in my face and it wasn’t pitch black then, blocked out as much as you’d expect. I think this isn’t best for very bright direct light, but perfect for bright screens or a mid-day nap. I also don’t have any trouble with it slipping off, and I wear it while sleeping on another satin pillow. It’s made well and the only quality problem I’ve had with it was one loose thread I just cut off.

I’ve been using the Kitsch sleep mask for a few weeks now, and it’s been a game-changer for my sleep! It’s incredibly comfortable, with a nice cushioned feel that doesn’t put pressure on my face. The material is soft and silky, which makes it feel luxurious and gentle on the skin. The mask is lightweight. I popped it in the washer, and it came out perfect. Great quality soft velvety and adjustable which is great I have a larger head so it’s for sure inclusive too if you have a noggin like I do it’s also less money than other silk masks on the market so you definitely get the bang for your buck

The masks are great because they aren't putting a ton of pressure on your eyes. I actually wear it with the pressure mostly on my forehead and then the mask just barely covering my eyes. It works great. I love this eye mask, but they don't last long and need to be replaced every couple of months, so the value for the money is really not there, hence the three star review. The fabric pills and the filling inside the mask seems to kind of seep out through the tiny holes in the fabric. This makes it feel like there are hairs on your face and essentially makes the mask unusable. Perhaps if you don't wash it this wouldn't be as much of an issue... but that's gross. So, I keep buying but just replace it when the pills become intolerable. I really do recommend this mask, but just be aware that it is not going to last forever! There might be less expensive options which last longer.Attached photos show the softness of the new mask next to the shedding version of a mask I've had for 6 months. Second photo is just the older mask to show the shedding of interior filling and fabric pilling.

Favourite eye mask
I suffer with light sensitivity and migraines so I can’t live without eye masks. Until I came across this one I had been using silk ones for several years. Because of the shape of this one it properly blocks out any light. It’s lightly padded but not enough that it feels heavy or gets too warm and makes you face sweaty, and it’s a high quality satin that doesn’t get static-y - in fact it feels remarkably close to mulberry silk, but with the added benefit that it can be washed in the washing machine (my silk eye masks I have to hand wash.) I’ve stuck this Kitsch one in the washing machine AND tumble dryer with my bedding several times and still looks as good as new. Normally I’d consider £15 for a non-silk eye mask pretty steep (my old favourite was an Bolo Basics Mulberry Silk one for £12) but considering this Kitsch one can be chucked in the washing machine and how comfy it is - it’s worth it.

Quality is ok but this is not real kitsch
I bought this thinking it is the real kitsch eye mask - price is very different, yes, but it would have been nice if the seller indicated that this is not an authentic kitsch eye mask. Other than that, reached me fast, satisfied with the quality for this price point. Thanks!
