I’ve always had flakes in my scalp for as long as i can remember and my doctor prescribed me the fluocinolone acetonide oil, this thing made me loose so much hair and my scalp start to be so itchy that i had to wash my hair everyday. On my first wash my scalp was so fresh, people at home start to tell me that my hair looks so much better, i have way less flakes and my itchiness is gone!! Going more than 7 days now without washing my hair for me it’s wonder! The texture is fine, thick, i love that this has peppermint so your hair stay fresh even after drying. So i got 2 bottles of 400 ml, i’m gonna buy more i never wanna run out of this product sincerely. The price is fair cause it works!!

I've tried so many over the counter dandruff shampoo over the years and they just never work. This shampoo fixed my problem after a week or two if I remember correctly. It's been 3 years now and dandruff hasn't come back. So nice to be able to wear black shirts againI use it 1-3 times a week

I've been struggling with itchy scalp, primarily when I'm wearing my hat for work. That progressed into what looked like psoriasis, where i had patches of red, itchy, flaky skin along parts of my hairline at my neck, behind my ear, and near my forehead. Even when the redness finally went away after a couple years, my scalp would be so flaky no matter how much i scrubbed. I tried different shampoos for flaky, itchy scalps, including the regular Head and Shoulders and another brand called Jupiter. This is the ONLY one that has worked. It also doesn't leave my hair feeling dry, and I can use any conditioner of my preference along with it.I bought this in October 2024. It's now April 2025 and it has worked since week 1. Just make sure to leave it in for the recommended time when your flakes are at their worst. I don't have to use it every time I shower, and I don't have to leave it in for long if I use it semi-regularly, but I recently noticed the flakes coming back when I stopped using it for a little while as a test. Used it again, and the flakes disappeared immediately.I'm so impressed and so happy that I don't have to feel self-conscious about redness and flaking anymore and will definitely be purchasing again!

I've been using the Head & Shoulders Clinical Dandruff Shampoo Twin Pack for a few weeks now, and I'm quite impressed with the results. The prescription-strength formula has significantly reduced my dandruff and controlled the oiliness of my scalp. The relief from seborrheic dermatitis has been noticeable, and my scalp feels much healthier.The citrus scent is a refreshing bonus, leaving my hair smelling great after each wash. The 13.5 fl oz bottles are a good size, and having a twin pack means I won't run out anytime soon.The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that it can be a bit drying if used too frequently. However, alternating it with a moisturizing conditioner has helped balance that out.Overall, I highly recommend this shampoo for anyone struggling with dandruff and oily scalp issues. It's effective, smells great, and offers good value for the price.

I used this along with the head and shoulders royal oils and nor only am I conditioning my hair afterwards, I'm also reducing the strong smell this shampoo gives off. But I'm satisfied because after two uses for this shampoo I'm itch free, no psoriasis etc.

Does the job but
Hair is left lifeless and worst of all despite smelling fresh in the bottle, after use hair smells very unpleasant. Somewhat sulphuric.
