I ordered a Large. Glad I did. There wasn't an option for Medium. Large fit perfect and I have a small face. Works great! I'm on oxygen 24/7 and a cannula just doesn't work well at night. This mask is awesome. Be sure to follow the directions for how to wear it. That's the important part.

These masks may cause a significant anaphylactic shock causing the patient face under the mask, the nasal passages and throat to swell significantly, also causes nausea and diarrhea. The product contains a residual manufacturing chemical that you can smell that causes the reaction. It is possible to thoroughly wash the mask and tubing to clean of the manufacturing chemical, however, most oxygen patients would not normally take this step for similar products.

Despite the item description stating it is for adults, the second mask included is for children. I also bought this mask thinking it could be used to attach to my nebulizer, but that is not the case. Sadly, I needed it urgently so I had to make some modifications in order to connect the two.
