Very good quality red lentils. Nice vibrant orange color! They are packaged well in a sturdy plastic container with screw on lid.

I add these splits peas to soups, and of course, I make delicious Indian curried dhal. Just rinse with water first, and then be careful not to let it foam up too much (and overflow the pot) when cooking -- stir and reduce heat until it gets boiling. It takes less than 1/2 hour to completely cook the completely.

Not as dark or flavorful as other bulk lentils we have tried. Also contains bits that need to be sorted (normal, just not used to it.) Purchased for the price point but will be following up with the brand to see if what we received was their usual quality. SO many foods and personal care products have arrived this year spoiled, rancid or sour…there is clearly excessive heat damage happening and it’s a shame for the customers AND the sellers who just want to reach more people.

These are really good quality red lentils & 3 cups cooks in about 20 min. These are a little smaller than some brands but they all cook the same way. The taste is excellent & I love the container. Lentils are less expensive when you buy in bulk. The more you buy the more you save. Good buy.

Have enjoyed and almost time to get some more. I do soak a little about 45 to 1 hour in the broth I'm going to cook in. Gives better flavor and texture plus it cooks alittle faster.
