These bags can be helpful because of the bag restrictions on airlines like Ryanair. The bed comes with I believe a 5-year warranty which led me to believe that it was very durable. However, even moderately loaded bag ripped on our first trip. When I tried to reach out to the company they didn't honor the warranty. The company is based in Britain I believe so that influences warranty support. It's a decent bag, well designed well, laid out and fits all the requirements for the no frills airlines. Just wish they would have put more effort into better sewn seams and stronger material. We bought three of these and only one ripped so maybe that's a good sign. The bag can become a backpack though. Not a comfortable one, but for short walks it's okay

As a a backpack - miserable to carry. Straps to close and cut into your underarms
Bought this a "Will fit as Ryan Air carry on". But it is super awkward to carry. Highly uncomfortable. So you loop one strap over one shoulder, which kinda defeats the purpose of a backpack. Might have been better as a messengar bag had they designed it as such.
Defective item - Not working as advertised.
The backpack came with a major defect, the shoulder strap adjuster came defective, it can not be adjusted which makes the backpack useless. In addition one of the bag zipper also gets stuck. Very disappointed with this defect and the fact that I am not able to use this product.I will wait to see if the seller responds to me or sends a replacement to solve all the inconvenience they have caused, otherwise I will return this for a refund.
