I was surprised to find two heat controllers in the package, and thought maybe one was a backup(?). Turns out that there are two controllers as a consideration for its larger size and the likelihood that two different people will be using it. Fancy!As winter is around the corner an electric blanket takes the edge off when it all gets to be too off the grid-like.It has ten levels of heat for each side. I've found the level ten to be very warm but then, it is just starting to get into the cold season. Level Five is still too warm for this time of year.My legs ache in colder months so I am grateful for an electric blanket to sooth that.Personally, this is quite the luxury.GratefulWith a name like Serta, chances are its quality.

Kate Bearden with the company helped us trouble-shoot when it started seeminly turning off at random. It works like it should & she hleped us get it registered in case anything else happens withing the remaining 4 years of the limited warranty. She was kind, helpful, patient & very tennacious with helping us get all the documentation needed to get registeres. It's a great product. We highly recommend buying one.

The blanket it's self is wonderful. Thats where the quality stops. The cord on the controler is less than half the length of the bed (I have a full sized bed). I can't reach the controller without getting out of bed and finding it on the floor somewhere, The company said that was as long as any of their control cords are and had no answers or help for me. I'm sorry!!! Thats crazy!!! who wants to be laying in bed and have to get up to turn your blanket on or off or adjust the temperature. Also I have mobility issues and getting out of bed is one of the problems. I would not recommend this product for any use. I waisted my money and now since I waited until i moved into my new place to put this on my bed I'm stuck with a product that doesn't work for me and no recourse. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!

2.0 out of 5 stars Warmed area is only a 33 inch strip down the middle
This blanket met my needs as far as full-size and color. The blanket is a lovely color, and a nice soft fleece. I am returning the blanket because the width of the "warming" portion of the blanket is only 33 inches wide. My full size mattress is 54 inches wide, so this leaves a strip of warmed area down the middle 33 inches of the mattress. If your body parts extend past this strip you are in cold territory, so you have to actually think about your sleep position which is not conducive to a relaxed sleeping experience. I think it's a cost-saving strategy for the manufacturer, but sure doesn't give me the warm-all-over comfort I am wanting on those very cold nights.

Product arrived timely. The blanket was put on the bed, but the cord attached to the control is so short it won’t even reach the top of the nightstand. Even if the blanket is put on the bed with the electrical cords at the head of the bed (not my preference), the cord is very shot. We are going to install a cup hook to hand the cord on the side of the nightstand. Lousy!!!
