This was a perfect addition to my home! It has different mist modes and is super easy to use. It's not noisy and there's no water spillage like it has happened to me before with others.

I got this humidifier after ANOTHER humidifier of mine from Bolo broke and no longer worked. I invested in this one hoping for long use with no issues. However, it's been less than a month and the humidifier is broken. I have been on top of maintenence and very careful with it. I have had perpetual issues with this thing.Yes, I have looked at the manual and it has been no help. I have cleaned it and reset it A MILLION times and it is no longer working. There is battery corrosion on the connective components, although they have been cleaned, the humidifier refuses to work. The red light keeps coming on despite it being totally clean. I can't get it to work.So what do I do? I contact the customer service. I sent a message to them, still haven't heard back. I call, and wait on hold forever, so they say they have a "convenient call back feature" which I used. 24 hours later I don't have a call back despite being 3rd in line. The customer service is absolute garbage. What a waste of my money.

I bought this about a month ago, and it's now dripping from the bottom, near the oil tray, and doesn't work anymore. Just past the return window!Update 5-15-2025:So I dumped out all the water to dry out the pieces. I was able to FIX my leaky issue, by re-tightening the bottom pieces that can be pulled out! I think it may get loosened as I open/twist the glass dome that covers the humidifier. I've updated my review again to 4 stars since it's working well now but had an issue that I had to resolve my self.

This little humidifier is adorable and blends in beautifully with our bedroom décor—it almost looks like a piece of furniture! It's been a lifesaver for relieving dry skin this winter, and it tucks away easily when not in use. That said, I might just keep it out since it's so decorative and elegant next to our chipped end table-Haha! I also love that it's quiet enough not to disturb our sleep. Cleaning is simple, and the night light provides just the right amount of glow without being too bright.

Shuts off frequently because the transducer needs to be cleaned so often. Sometimes you can even use it two nights in a row without having to take it apart and clean it! Often I cannot get the transducer clean enough for the unit to come back on. Now it won't come back on at all. I have other humidifiers that have run for years and have never needed the transducer/ultrasonic membrane cleaned. Who designed this piece of junk?

Positives:It raises the humidity of a room fairly quickly.It holds a lot of water so it can last for many hours depending on the setting.The instructions are simple and helpful to understand how to operate it best and how to clean it properly.Comes with three cotton pads for essential oils.Cons:Cleaning can be time consuming, and it can be difficult to reach down to the bottom without a brush.It takes a few minutes to fill it up due to large size.It's heavy when filled with water so moving it is harder.Only comes with one demineralizer cartridge.Every good features involves trade-offs: Larger size means it will necessary be harder to clean, heavier, and take longer to fill than a smaller humidifer. I recommend this product if you want something big and powerful and are willing to accept the added weight and time spend on maintenance.
Was enjoying it but broke after a year
Was really enjoying this for the last year or so then went to turn it on today and it won’t put out any vapour.The lights are on and motor is working but there is no vapour. I have not changed anything in the settings and have tried resetting everything. Really frustrating I didn’t get a product that lasts more than a year as I was really liking it before this.

Great humidifier and aesthetically appealing! Can get cumbersome to clean every 3-4 days. I got this last year January and so far so good.
