It has six heat settings with an automatic timer, so you can fall asleep and not worry about leaving it on for too long. It is soft to the touch on Both sides . It is flexible and easy to wrap around my knee. I got the smaller size and it is perfect for my knee but can also be used on the back or neck and it comes in bigger sizes as well in case you need to cover a larger area.. I’m very happy with this purchase. If you need a heating pad, I highly recommend this one.

Love it! I use a heating pad on my lower back and shoulders regularly. This one is soft and thin – not bulky or wiry. I can wrap it around my elbow or wrist if I need to without messing it up. The lights aren't bright like my last one, and there's no alarm or beeping sound like my last one. Having six temp controls instead of high, medium, low is wonderful. I love the timer. It also stays warm longer. My last one felt like it turned off after 10 minutes.

I love this heating pad! It is soft, cushy, and moldable to any body part. I am buying two more as I love them so much! The controls are easy to use, too. The size is large. I never imagined that an electric heating pad could be so comfortable.

I’m obsessed with the product design. I’m used to the tradition heating pad, this is just kind of.. a piece of fleece that heats up? I’m blown away, so comfy sand easy. Only reason for 4 stars is I wish it got hotter, but it does get pretty hot still. If you don’t like things suuuuper hot, buy it, it’s great. Still pretty hot though

The first time I used it, I was disappointed because it seemed like it wasn’t getting very warm. After about 20 minutes or so it got hot and was able to give my back some relief! I have used it a few times since then and have had no problems. Very happy with my purchase

I absolutely loveeeee this item. I use it almost daily, it's so soothing and soft as well. It heats up really fast too. If it ever broke or stopped working, I would immediately purchase another one. If you're looking for a heating pad, I would recommend this one. Its small but does a phenomenal job.

This is a good heating pad. It heats up fast. Would give it 5 stars but the lowest setting is pretty hot. Wish it had a few lower settings. When you turn it on it automatically goes to heat level 3 so always have to bring it down to 1. It has timers with the shortest at 30 min. Got it for my employee with a bum knee, she loves it and doesn’t think it’s too hot.
