These are good but the mushroom flavor is not very strong. I just added some soy sauce. The beef variety is much more flavorful. I’m so excited, getting closer to a GF ramen!

Trying these coconut curry rice noodles. I liked them a lot, but best served with a protein such as tempeh or tofu.

First, I followed the directions to a tee! Ding...opened the door to my microwave and found a mess. The contents had boiled over. I salvaged what I could. I added the finishing oil tasted it and immediately threw it in the trash!! As soon as I added the finishing oil it didn't smell right. It tasted so florally perfumed. Definitely chemicals. So then I figured I would try to do one on the stove top again follow the directions to a tee. Overall it came out a lot better. The consistency of the noodles was pretty good. This time I added the finishing oil to a side plate and tasted it by itself. I would say in the top five of the most horrible things I put in my mouth. Literally it was like someone squirted perfume in my mouth. So no biggie just figured I won't use the finishing oil. I then taste the noodles they had no flavor whatsoever. They definitely didn't have any curry flavor at all. So I guess I paid for some noodles because that's all I can use all the packets that came with this product went in the trash! Wow expensive noodles! I would not recommend this product.

It's a pretty good instant pho, especially for the price. However, it is still instant food, so its quality only goes so far. Even then, it's easy to make and yummy to eat!
