I have been wet-shaving for the past couple of weeks with a double edged safety razor. I typically wash my face, use a hot towel to warm up the skin, then use this product prior to applying lather from shaving soap. The oil goes a long way and it smells great. I have used this to reduce skin irritation and I have used this to "dry shave" with only the oil.This works great for either method I used. Great product!

I'd never used pre-shave oil before, but I'm officially a convert!I do a wet shave with a safety razor and usually give myself two passes. It was common to have some mild irritation and for my chin and neck to still feel a little stubbly, even after going across the grain on the second pass.I always regarded pre-shave oil as "just another thing to buy." But after doing some research, I gave Bevel a try. It was well reviewed for coarse beards and sensitive skin.I can honestly say I've never had a more enjoyable shave. Both passed were nice and easy with zero tugs or nicks (which were common for me in that tender area of the moustache on the sides of my mouth), and I've never had a smoother result. Seriously, it's like butter smooth. And my skin feels very nice hours after. No tightness or dryness.This oil is well worth the purchase!

While other brands I’ve tried had a shaving oil that was much more thick and rich, this one works very well for the price. I suppose the advantage is that this one has a finish that feels much less greasy after it is used.

This is the best electric razor pre-shave product I have ever used. First, the aroma is something that you don’t put up with until you are done shaving and can can’t wait to wash off. It has a nice citrus aroma. Then the shave is amazing! It is so easy and smooth, no drag or pull on the razor to get through the beard, even if it has been several days between shaves. And it brings the beard up to the razor for a very close shave with just the easiest of pressure. But the most amazing thing to me is the value: 4 DROPS PER SHAVE. Yep, 4 drops and it spreads so easily and smoothly across your face to cover your entire face. After you are done a quick rinse gets any remaining product off your skin so it feels clean, smooth, soft, refreshed all day. I don’t work for them in any way, it is just an amazing product for me, and I think it will be for you also.

I find this pre-shave oil very good for me. It certainly helps reduce skin irritation due to shaving and helps the razor glide over my skin. I will certainly purchase again.

I saw a video on getting the best shave. In it the subject used a preserve oil along with a shave gel. The sponsor of the video used their products which even on Bolo was rather pricey. I read reviews on Bevel and decided to go for it. Got to say happy, no nicks, no slices, no burns, and it has a nice mild fragrance. Also tried the oil with my electric shaver and the results were just as good.

This is the thinnest pre-shave oil I have ever used. I tried it because it was cheaper but I regretted it so I have switched back to a more expensive brand that is (no surprise) superior.
