I noticed a big difference within the first week of taking this supplement. I only think about food when I start feeling hungry and it isn't controlling my thoughts 24/7. I’ve been able to just stop eating once I feel satiated also, and not just binge.

I used to be a retail store manager so I couldn't eat and work at the same time and I usually worked thru lunches and breaks. Now I'm an office supervisor and can eat anytime I want so I've gained some weight and can't seem to slow down my cravings. Therefor I started looking for a little help. I read the reviews on this product and wasnt going to get this but for around $1 a day, it was worth trying (I take 2).The first day I took it I wasnt impressed and thought I wasted my money because I still felt hungry and nothing seemed to change. I was going to continue to take them because I bought them so I might as well.On the 4th day tho, I noticed that I didn't have any kind of snacks the 2 nights before and honestly didn't even think about having one. Seemed like I just needed 24hrs for this to get thru my system.I've been taking these almost 2 weeks now and it seems that each day I take them, I eat less and less. Here it is 7pm at night and I've barely ate anything today (1/4cp cottage cheese and a few slices of ham) and I'm still not hungry.My food choices even seem to be getting better. I'm "craving" water over soda, I want fruit over a donut. It's weird how things are slowly changing. Just this morning my husband bought me home my favorite donut....maple glazed, and it didn't even sound appealing. It sat on the table for 6hrs before my son ate it.I personally don't "feel" anything when I take these. I don't feel jittery, nervous, hyper, sleepy, nausea, or any of those other things pills can do to you.Update: These have been working so well, I've lost 7lbs in the last month. My coworkers noticed I'm losing weight and asked how. Needless to say, I now have 8 people at work also using this pills and it's working for them as well!

I eat a very consistent diet and I eat the exact same thing every day. I can usually hit my goal calorie deficit.However, I decided to try these supplements to see if I could reduce cravings and create a deeper calorie deficit. Big. Mistake.I projectile vomited the next day multiple times. I have never been sick like that in my life. While I cannot say that the supplements were the direct cause, I believe that they were the main contributing factor.

Product started out working great, the 1st week I noticed a difference in my cravings and appetite. However now on week 3 and I no longer feel the difference. Appetite came back same as before and cravings too. I won't be continuing the product.

Great product I’m in need of a push to get energized and not eat to much. This works for me I don’t use it everyday but when I need it it helps a lot. Going to try using it more over summer I’m sure it will help me stay focused on my weight not to gain any.
