She commutes to college and does not drink alcohol if driving from college hang out bars to home. God willing: A girl slipped her a coke with vodka "by accident"..... She was parched and realized that it tasted real bad. Waitress confirmed issue. My daughter went back to her car, used test: positive!!! Everyone felt bad, club included, and fed her pizza plus lots of water. She is very skinny and just 1/2 a mixed drink could have landed her in jail or worse, at the morgue. It is not as precise as the police ones but a very good indicator.

Sadly, these test strips, at least the box that I got, don't work at all. I tried several of them when I had had a few drinks and was definitely on the drunk side (certainly above 0.05% BAC) and every one registered ZERO. Suspicious, I bought a different product, and at the same level of intoxication it read around 0.08. Into the trash these go!

I actually got these for work in case someone was thought to be under the influence we could test then and there. They work great and much cheaper than taking employees to the local lab for testing. I have three sons; can't say I hadn't wished I had these at home when they were teenagers and college age:)
