So, I know the history with Devacurl. I avoided them like the plague when I first started down my wavy hair path. But.. nothing was right. Everything was either too crunchy, not crunchy enough, too light, too heavy, frizzy, oily, and not the thing. So much potential in the things I tried and in my hair.. but I couldn't believe that I'd have to live with sticky or crunchy or flaky and dirty hair that couldn't make it a week without shampoo just to have waves and curls.I read so many reviews and tried methods with several steps or 1 step.. and then I gave in and I got devacurl wave maker.Wash. Brush with a large toothed wide spaced comb. Brush it foreward. Squish about two quarters stacked on top of each other into my hair. Plop into a microfibre towel for about 20 minutes and then hair dry. I don't touch till its fully dry.Then I flip.. shake it.. maybe scrunch it a little..Perfect curly waves. Volume.Touchable. No residue. No flakes. Refreshes on day 2, 3, 4 (5 was pushing it but it worked) with nothing but a touch of dry shampoo and a spray bottle to dampen it and a couple of scrunches to help the hair reform its swirls.Its too expensive. I'm slightly paranoid my hair will fall out eventually. The smell is.. ok. But by goly it works for me.Moral of the story.. if its not this for you.. something will work. If you have curls or waves or a frizzy voluminous halo of constantly tangled hair you didnt ever even consider was hiding curls that needed help (me, I'm that last one), then there is something out there for you. If its this, great! If its something else, awesome! I hope you find your best hair self.... and I'll let you all know if my hair falls out.

I have curly thinning hair just a little bit goes a long way and I only put it on my tips. It works great for 24 hours after that I have to wash my hair because it weighs it down since I have such so little hair

Very light in your hair and makes your curls defined. It is a little small and not much product for the price. The smell is okay. But you don't really notice it.

I've use it for years now and I like the hold. It doesn't leave any sticky residue and if I don't wash my hair on day two, just adding some water on a comb I can re-scrunch my curls back again. My only complaint is that they now add some fragrance to Diva curl. Not an overpowering amount like some hair products but I preferred it being unscented. I like that the main ingredient is natural and it doesn't dry out my hair.

Perfect for recently permed hair, especially fine hair. Bottle lasts around 1–1.5 months, depending on how often you apply.Personally applied throughout the day and overnight, and works wonders on keeping the curls healthy. Unbeatable scent too. Smells like lime and vanilla.Would only recommend the Living Proof curl enhancer over this one, but that one is expensive. Honestly, not that much better than this DC one either. Just smells better.
Good for thin wavy hair
Very gentle, I used deva cream before, but Wave maker is less heavy for my thin hair. Love it .

je n’ai pas particulièrement les cheveux bouclés et frisés, mais plus ondulés. De l’ensemble de la gamme de leurs produits, c’est celui-ci qui a un must pour moi. Je vois vraiment la différence lorsque je ne l’utilise pas dans ma routine.
fabulous product for summer humid hair
When humidity hits, what's the point in straightening your hair. This product activates nice waves and hold throughout the day even when it's brutally humid outside. It's not sticky or crusty in your hair. wish I found this product year's ago.

Used for the first time today and my wavy hair looks much curlier than normal. No crunch, no stickiness and feels great. Decent scent, not overpowering at all.Very much recommend this.
Great for fine hair
After trying many curl creams, I finally found this product! Absolutely love the soft curls it makes. My hair is fine and thinning and this is the best hair care product ever!
