Tastes great, consistency like other chocolate chips. Worked well in molds or to snack right out of the bag. This product is very hard to find and its pricy, but it was definitely worth it. I hope it continues to be available.

These are always a favorite for my allergy kiddos. They bake well, are enjoyed by themselves, on top of things, etc. Haven't had any issues (aside from the kids constantly asking for a few.)They have a nice texture and size and were great for everything we used them for. They do feel a bit expensive, but it's comparable to everything else- it's just the way of the world right now.

Very happy with this product. I had recently ordered chocolate chips from a company called Lakanto. When they arrived the product was melted and looked to be spoiled--this I recently gave a lousy review on Bolo. I tried another company to see if I had better luck. The chocolate chips in this item just arrived and the chips were all in very good condition. Not a single one was melted. I will never buy anything from Lakanto again!
