I liked it was easy to install with the templates provided. I didn’t use the outlet plug provided because it didn’t fit the setup I had needed but used both boxes and most of the mounting parts. I didn’t wire anything up but didn’t look hard everything there if needed to wire the outlet up.

This is the best kit if you want everything that you will need. Everything is in the box I will need is your own tools. Take your time when you catch a waltz. Make sure that you’re exactly where you want to be. Templates work out fine making your exact cost that you will need to have. I’m sure you love the finished results.

Instructions at a bit confusing, however if you have electrical experience then it’s pretty straight forward. Smaller box cut out gude was off by a couple cm, but not biggie. Adjusted where needed

The TV has been on the wall for 2 years, wires hanging down. Not the best look. I was over-analyzing my options for a proper in-wall cable mgmt. kit. Lots of complaints on other brand kits regarding the tabs that hold the elec. boxes to the wall being flimsy and breaking. This kit had pretty good reviews and seemed to contain everything I was looking for. I ordered, it arrived. The electrical wiring (Romex) that is supposed to be included was missing. I returned the kit and Bolo sent a replacement. Note: There is a card in the box from the mfg. stating if there is an issue to email them as they want happy customers, etc.. I emailed them about the missing wiring and received NO REPLY. So much for customer service.New kit arrived. All parts are there. Instructions are OK but fail to mention running the cables for your components, only the power wire. The included templates are correct. If you cut the holes to the size indicated, the boxes WILL fit properly. The lower power cable plug outlet is pre-wired with pigtails that you wire nut (included) to the Romex wiring you snake through the wall. It's a bit of a tight fit to get everything to fit inside the receptacle box and have the face plate sit flush. I ran a pretty thick 3-wire RCA-type video cable, ethernet cable & antenna coax cable through the upper brush plate and lower access plate with room to spare. Took me an afternoon start to finish including moving furniture and R&I TV from wall and end the result is good. (I am a bit of a perfectionist when doing projects so you could probably do it in half the time :-)A few notes: If you are installing this in an exterior facing frame wall as I was, it's a tight fit if the walls have batt insulation in them. Careful you don't tear up the paper backing when fishing the wires or cutting the holes. I used a Dremel tool w/ a roto-zip bit and depth guide set to just past the thickness of the drywall to avoid tearing up the insulation backing on the second hole (learned the hard way on the first one).Don't go nuts tightening the screws for the tabs that hold the boxes to the wall. Snugging the tabs to the drywall is good enough! The tabs are plastic and you will either strip them out or break them.Would I buy it again? Probably as the other options are all similar. Good value? Not really. Seems expensive for what you get but everything is in one box. Other kits available are similarly over-priced.

this product sucks I do not recommend. I would send it back but it would be a pain to take it apart. The unit does not stay in the wall. Maybe it may work on an interior wall but definitely does not work on an exterior wall. The plastic flags that are to catch on the dry wall when you screw it in are cheap and not strong enough to hold the unit in the wall. It comes out very easily. I have tried to put it in the wall 5 different times. Not a good product.
