These coffee protein drinks are Awesome! They are delicious with added protein they have minimal sugar, they taste Awesome and are smooth. They do not upset my stomach or make me run to the bathroom at all. These shakes were a life safer after I had extensive dental surgery and was on a liquid and soft food diet for 4 months. I drank one to 2 of these a day. I was not allowed hot drinks so these definitely help my caffeine and coffee cravings. They do help with a little energy and the texture is smooth, they are best refrigerated and i still drink them today 3 years after surgery. Highly recommend for sure! Also buying them on Bolo seems cheaper than buying them in the store so go for it!

Atkins café a lait iced coffee flavored protein drink is very good and the taste is fantastic.These protein drinks when you're hungry and helps keep your mind off of food. There is no choppiness flavor and this train compared to some of the others the size makes it very easy and portable.The drink is not too strong but is very pleasing and if you trying and lose weight it helps you erase the cravings for food.

I've tried a lot of different protein drinks and this is my favorite one! I don't have much of an appetite in the mornings usually but drinking one of these gives me the energy I need for work without feeling like too much. How good it works as a protein drink I can't say, if that is your main concern there are probably better options, but as a delicious snack/meal beverage it's perfect! It has a great flavor and no weird texture. I have also lost 20lbs since I started drinking them, probably because it helps me be more consistent with meals.

These are my favorite Atkins Shakes. They save me a lot of money and they are so much better for me health wise. They also have caffeine in them so you don't have to go through caffeine withdrawal with them. They taste great to drink alone but I use them to make smoothies too.
