I don't know who designed this harness but I say they hit a home run. The wife and I love it, simple design, easy to put on, may discourage pulling, looks great on our black Scottie, and she is noticeably more comfortable when doing what Scotties do when they walk.

I really like this leash set. Since my dog needed 2 different lengths between the neck and chest, I did mark a "T" for the part that is the top so I wouldn't get confused or have to keep readjusting the straps. It's really cute.
