I have taken this product in the past. It does seem to provide some prostate relief by allowing easier urine flow. The list of ingredients are mostly natural and have a long history of helping men with BPH. They are easy enough to swallow, have no taste and I have not noted any type of GI or other problems from taking this supplement. Very pleased. Thanks!

Love Boost glucose control in cholate. I do not usually eat anything for breakfast; however, I know that is better for my health that I do eat something for breakfast. So I tried boost glucose control.. I like that it does not have a chalky taste nor is it overly sweet. It lasts on its own for about 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Highly recommend.

I would give it a five star because of the great taste, the price, how easy to hold and carry around, and best of all, the glucose control for high blood sugar people. I have subscribed this product for quite some time now, but lately it has been often out of stock, which is not convenient. It probably just means that this product is super popular. But steady supply is also very important to customers. I'm starting to look for other substitutes if this situation continues. So for the often late supply, I have to give it a four star
