***update***The rating I changed from 1 star to a 5 star. The company’s team that in charge of their Bolo reviews reached out to me and offered a solution to my issue and found out what was going on with their support website in a timely fashion. They shipped out a clipper head to replace the faulty one and also gave me a trimmer head replace.The employee that reached to me went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my product. I will say that now I know that the customer service is serious I will definitely recommend to folks especially students, newbies or any who looking for quality at a reasonable price.********Battery life pretty good, east to hold and use for the most part however my biggest issues it, oiled fresh out the box and it the blade teeth broke off in the middle of a cut out of nowhere. This guy are straight and fine texture hair so it should have cut through like knife through hot butter. A new clipper should not break like that. I would normally give this item a 4 or 5 but it has been knocked down to 1 - stars and based on the experience I cannot recommend the product.Now it does have a year warranty and I have tried to contact their team through the links provided but I have not heard back from in two weeks after multiple attempts so it feels like such a waste.

The media could not be loaded. I received this clipper after 1-2 days I think but came in quick, the shipping was good, and when I open it, the clipper box was sealed in plastic, it seemed clean and new, when I took the clipper out the bag it had white cream or sum on the side of the blades and oil on the top but I’m not sure if it’s suppose to be there or not, i was hoping it came with a travel bag or something but it didn’t, it did come with a supreme cape, all the things included, but when I opened the bag that had the replacement lid there was 3 mini screws and I almost lost them because they didn’t come in a mini bag, just to lyk there is mini screws for the replacement lid that can get lost. I was kinda disappointed because one of my combs came in bent and I can’t make it straight, it is like a wavy comb. I also found out that the blade can move when I move it side to side, I’m pretty sure it’s suppose to stay still perfectly aligned in the middle. Overall I rate this a 3.5 because of the cream on the blades and bent comb, and the blade that can probably take off out of no where. But I pretty sure this will cut good and last long hopefully, I will come back to make another review and see if I would buy again. Color black. Weighs about 2 pounds. Not SO sharp but will cut good. I’ll lyk about hair pulling and heat level later on .

I purchased this Trimmer set on May 11,2025. I’ve had them for almost 2 months and the big clipper stopped working today.

The media could not be loaded. After about 10 haircuts with regular maintenance this supreme trimmer clipper just started stuttering and would not turn on or there was a delayed start once turned on.It was working perfectly on my first haircut of the day but come the second haircut this started happening without provocation. Now the clipper doesn’t even turn on even with a full charge.Initially I was quite satisfied and impressed with this clipper considering the price and additional items included, the clipper cut well and felt strong and well built. I’m quite irritated at the fact this started having issue for no reason, and although a good price, no 60$ + hair clipper should stop working after 10 haircuts. I’d expect to get at least 1000.I maintained it like all my clippers which have lasted years. I’ve had it for a little over a month and cannot return, I reached out to the company support about their warranty policy since they say defects are covered. I have not heard back yet over 3 days. If they help resolve the issue with my clipper I will update this review and change the stars.UPDATE 08OCT2024: Supreme trimmer warranty support responded and I shipped back the defective clipper. I received what looks like a brand new clipper and some extra goodies which was nice. They were very responsive about the situation and so far this clipper has held up after 2 cuts. I will update.
