I ordered this for my kids T-Mobile sync up smart watch and it fit perfectly. This is a must have to protect your kids watch from damage. We did have an issue with 2 of the screen protectors we ordered. One got cracked and the other the top screen part separated from the case. I emailed the seller as the box the cases came in stated a lifetime warranty. I was past the return window but the seller was so easy to deal with. I provided my ordered number and info and photos of the damaged cases and they sent replacements. I was pleasantly surprised with their great customer service and how easy it was. I can't afford to replace the watch so she hasn't been wearing it until we get the replacement case so the ease of getting a replacement was such a relief as I know soon she'll be wearing it again and my anxiety can decrease.

I should have taken the reviews here more seriously. The case indeed provides protection to the device at the cost of usability. First, it makes the watch too thick to fit on the charger. This means you either need to take the case off of the watch (very difficult to do) every time you want to charge the watch or you need to buy a different charger. Second, the screen protector doesn't actually sit flush with the screen so your touch inputs get ignored most of the time. My kid ended up nearly throwing her watch to the ground because it was so frustrating. This would defeat the purpose of the screen protector.In short, don't buy this.

Love the screen protector. However, I have not permanently put this on my daughters watch yet. Before installing I wanted to be sure that I could still charge the watch. When on the watch still attracts to the charger, but the charging strips do not line up to charge the watch. This protector has an adhesive that sticks to the watch face, which does not allow for removal to charge.

We got my daughter a watch for her birthday to keep tabs on where she was when we weren’t with her as well as something she could use to call family miles away. I immediately bought this for that watch because she is beyond the most clumsy child I have ever met. It’s been dropped about 4/5 times since then and nothing has happened to it! I had a friend buy her son the same watch without this protection and it was dropped only once and it immediately needed replaced. If you are buying the watch for your children you definitely need this as well. Very happy with my purchase!

This protector worked well at first. We have had it less than a month and the glass separated from the outer case. It’s still usable, but now it offers a lot less protection.

While the cover is on the watch, it doesn't allow the watch to sit flush on the charging stand due to have bulky it is. It is a hard protective cover but it just is too thick on the sides that it won't work to charge unless removed every day and it is difficult to remove as well.
