I make it as the package recommends with a few additions and exceptions. At the end I add in cooked chicken or turkey, sautéed cabbage, onion, celery and carrots, turmeric, a splash of apple cider vinegar and pepper flakes. A lovely soup that makes two days worth of lunches & dinners for my hubby and me. It tastes good on it's own too. I cook it longer (about 25-30min)than package instructions as the veggies they put in it are too hard for me if I dont. Then I turn off my burner, cover it and let it sit about another 10min. I love corn but dont care for the pieces of corn in there. The texture is not good IMO, but there isn't very many pieces. That is something they could improve on or just leave out. I make a batch at least once a week. Perfect meal for a gal on a budget with limited time🤗💖

This is the only soup you will ever eat again! BUT to make it exceptional use 32oz of chicken stock in addition to 4 coups water. Add some chopped celery and baby carrots and you will have the best soup ever!

I love these soups both for taste and price. This one is a meals worth for the family if you add some cut-up chicken breast. I only wish they did more of these in the singles for work and travel.

All of the dry soups I've purchased are so delicious. Sometimes I just don't want to cook dinner so I just open one of these bags and voila! Dinner is served. I know they may seem a little expensive but, they taste better than metal canned soup.

Remember this has dehydrated chicken--which isn't much, so I cook a large chicken breast n shred it and add to soup. It says 30-40 mins to cook but trust me, bring it to a boil and then simmer for at least 2 hours only because its all dehydrated but the flavors are fabulous. enjoy!!
