However, my mouse stopped responding. I notified the seller, who immediately apologized through email; they had attempted to reach me by phone. The seller said "we would gladly replace the mouse". Two days later, I opened a package left on my porch; it was a new mouse and keyboard. Great seller. I will use them again, and I recommend them for your electronics.

Nice keyboard, the split on the keyboard has the 6 on the left hand where my old split it was on the right hand took a bit of time to get used to the placement of the keys

I like the ergonomic style - adapted quite easily for daily use at work. Tab key on left needs to be below the Caps Lock as Tab is used much more frequently than Caps Lock - my opinion. Mouse batteries tend to drain faster than another one I use, even with top of the line batteries. Other than those two points - I like the keyboard and glad I purchased.

I purchased this keyboard several months ago because it was on a good sale, planning to put it aside and use it as soon as my current one cratered out on me. Well, today was that day, and within 10 minutes of using this new keyboard, I realized it was completely worthless. It would randomly skip letters, then repeat multiples of the same letters in other words for no apparent reason. Unfortunately, since I purchased it a few months ago, I'm outside the return window even though it's brand new. Save your money.

I purchased two of these keyboards and they both do the same thing. When typing the characters may display or they may not. The backspace and other keys may or may not work and same with the mouse, may/may not function. I have changed the batteries and purchased Duracell batteries thinking maybe the "energizer" batteries was not strong enough and still have the same issue. These are my first wireless keyboard and mouse so not sure if all wireless keyboards and mouse function like this.

I like how it is made but what I was looking in the product is comfort to work with. Keyboard functions nice but doesn’t satisfy the ease of work.
