I saw that people like the device and if it was not for the software, they would not purchase it. This does everything I program it to. I tested it thoroughly and it has performed great. The software is a bit tricky, and you need to know to use the Key 1-6 for the keys and the K1 left, center and right for other things such as volume and mute. the only issue i have is the USB C cord is white and clashes. This is a great product.

Only works on Windows. Barf. I will NOT download the software even if the manufacturer had a linux app: The company website is dead and gone and the only download is from Google Drive. Nice thocky keyfeel, but overall a bad purchase, returning!

Would be better with a profile setup. I have a 60% keyboard so I had it setup as my f keys for gaming, but also like to use it while programming too. Every time I swap up what I'm doing i have to use the clunky software that you download to program keys. When all is said and done it's a great product. Can definitely recommend.

All instructions and software install is on the instruction. Easy to use and easy to set up. Ugly UI for the software but oh well it works and took 1 minute to figure it out.

very cheap and hard to get working unless you're amazing at computers like me.stay away from this item in my opinion wish i can give it zero stars.

The keypad itself is okay. We'll see how long it will last. The software is sketchy AF, and not fully translated.I got it setup as a media controller for an Android car head unit so I can have volume knob, previous, forward, play/pause, and mute controls.

BE WARNED! You need a Windows system to set it up first! All keys are programmed to 'c' until otherwise -- very frustrating.Physical quality is great and satisfying.

Tengo ya casi medio año y sigue funcionando al 100.Funciona sin problemas tanto en MacOS como en Windows.Todas las piezas tienen medida estándar así que es fácil de personalizar.La única desventaja es que el software es poco amigable, pero cumple con su trabajo.

Es fácil de programar, y muy útil. El programa se encuentra en el QR del instructivo, lo único que no encontré fue si cuenta con luces led pues al programas no encienden

The media could not be loaded. Por lo que me costó está súper bien. El software no es muy fácil de instalar. Te trae un mini manual con un código QR, con ese QR te manda a unos archivos compartidos en un Google Drive y ahí hay un PDF con otro código QR que te mando a otro Drive donde te bajas el aplicativo completo para poner cada opción que quieres por botón. El modelo que compré no tiene ni luz RGB ni Bluetooth pero la calidad de construcción está bastante bien y se ve elegante.
