Good as the description says! Although there were some strange clumps that were hard to melt into the pasta, I'm very happy with this product. The color of the pasta was a pleasant light yellow, not fluorescent orange, and was sufficiently cheesy. I would recommend two tablespoons for about a single very mac-and-cheesy serving, but I use less just to add a little flavor to my pasta.

The flavor isn’t as strong as the Kraft Mac and Cheese, but I’d bet that’s because the Judee’s is less processed. It’s easy to cook with, makes a quick sauce, and I love that it’s Gluten Free.

As far as my kids are concerned, they would rather have the blue box… but there’s no accounting for taste, lol. It was easy to use and exactly as stated, just not quite as smooth and cheesy tasting as my kids were wanting.

I'm a white cheese fan, maybe, Colby jack, and this was a bit strong for me, but my camping friends were quite impressed. It dissolved quickly in minimal milk, some clumps given my limited patience and still made everyone happy. As I didn't like it, I'm particular to certain tastes, this wasn't for me. Felt acidic 🤔

When mixed according to the package directions, this is chalky tasting (probably from the tapioca) and florescent orange (annatto). It’s also super runny, so you have to add more powder if you want any kind of “cheesy” thickness, which just makes the chalkiness worse. The flavor is medium-sharp cheddar, but it’s hard to wrap your brain around the flavor. Like your brain can’t register the flavor over the texture.It’s better if you substitute 1/2&1/2 for the milk and then simmer it until it thickens. In the same amount of time I can make cheese sauce from scratch, that isn’t a stand in for a safety cone, and tastes much better.

This works for to come as close as Kraft Mac and cheese but I was looking for the real stuff and evidently cannot find it anywhere anymore. This content has butter milk in it, not only once but twice and my sister is highly allergic to it.
