I have been using these for the past year and before this I would get periodic stomach issues, which I initially believed to be lactose intolerance. I stopped dairy for a time but it did not seem to improve. I can confidently say that for the past year I have not had those same issues. They seem to be working well.

I have come to absloutely love this line of supplements. This pre/pro is one I cannot go without. Keeps me regulated. No foul taste and an easy 1 a day dosage.

Most prebiotic/probiotics come in gummies and have added sugar - these don’t and work extremely well in maintaining my gut health!

I used to take a gummy Dual pre- and probiotic and also took psyllium fiber to try to be more regular. Working with a diet/health coach, she suggested this one that had ingredients she liked better (eye roll. "ok fine coach:). It was kind of a blind purchase, but honestly, I'm so glad I switched to this! I'm so much more comfortable now, and don't even need the psyllium! Wish I could buy this in stores like my other Dual gummy, but happy I can at least buy this in the 30 or 60 capsule bottles.
It works! Highly recommended
Top notch product, I'll likely only take three times-four times a week as they are really effective..My slow metabolism has kicked back into gear! thank you
Exceeded expectations
For me personally this product has really helped from day 1. I seemed to always have some digestion issues in the last few years, nothing serious but regular discomfort, especially bloating and especially at night. Finding no medical answers and having watched a program on sleep by Michael Moseley where prebiotics seemed to assist with sleep and overall digestion issues I found these on an internet search. I am really impressed that I now feel so much better. Im sure its personal to each person but as they can only do good they are absolutely worth trying.

Not sure as to how you know if these are doing what they're supposed to as there was absolutely no change to my body.
Large capsules to swallow, no benefit felt, expensive.
The capsules are quite large and uncomfortable to swallow. I didn't feel any benefit and there was some bloating. Expensive too so I'll stick to Greek Yoghourt.
