Did not work with my iPhone 13 Pro Max. It would play music through the handset speaker from music apps. During a call the mic worked but the speaker in the hand set wouldn't or vice versa.

I got this to help my mother who has recently lost her sight still be able to answer her cell phone. Having a hard button to answer and hung up helps her but I noticed the volume is lowered in the handset and I need a booster to make it louder to hear from.

Sounds quality isn't great. I was kind of excited to get this but when someone calls it has loud echo on the callers side and it also screeches too. It's cute but not worth wasting money on it
