I have been taking turmeric for over a year now and I've tried MULTIPLE brands (all in pill form). I was taking SO many supplements that I just couldn't do it anymore. So, I decided to incorporate some gummies instead of the pills, and since these had good reviews and were noted as being absorbed well, I figured "why not!" I am so glad I chose these! I truly expected them to taste like turmeric and ginger (which I do not like), but I was pleasantly surprised. They taste so much better than I thought they would. I've only taken them about 3 days, but I look forward to seeing if they continue to combat inflammation as well as the pill form.

Like all supplements, this product is as only good as your diet. If you eat a high saturated diet laced with empty carbohydrates and artificial ingredients, then expect nothing from a supplement. Eat clean healthy fruits, veggies coupled with lean cuts of meat, poultry and fish... Then this supplement could help to bridge a small gap in your diet. Again, diet is everything

I have the turmeric with ginger 240mg. I wanted to share a recent experience regarding my knee injury. I hurt my right knee and was unable to walk properly. I had to take one step at a time on the steps and avoided bending it while walking, I often dragging my right leg. However, after I started taking turmeric, my knee gradually began feeling better. Within just a week, I was able to walk normally again. I believe it was a great choice, and I’m grateful to those who recommended it.

This particular Turmeric with ginger seems to give me heartburn. I finally read other s’ advice online to try taking it with food, which has helped. However, this is the first time I have had the same problem others described, of one or more capsules having broken open, so every time I take a single pill out the yellow powder stains EVERYthing I touch. When I wash my hands it gets on my white towels. It also stained my white counter top.Don’t think I will purchase this brand again.
