One was that I have not been feeling like I have been walking around in a "foggy" state of mind. I work way too much and normally feel my mind is everywhere all the time. I noticed this morning that I do feel more attentive with my every day activities. I even noticed that my sleep the last night was definitely better which I struggle with good sleep typically. It tastes really good and I have just mixed it with water. It shakes really well and no little clumps or particles left at the bottom. It is not a fight to drink it all. I would highly recommend and will purchase more after I am through with my container.

For someone that has a mother in remission from Breast Cancer. Whitney Johns supplements, has helped my mom from brain fog and focus tremendously. My mother is more active with doing things around the house, she has a lot more energy to where she is working out again . What might seem like a small dosage (1mg) it completely drains her.Her medication has caused a tremendous amount of fogginess and short term memory. One of the best part it’s caffeine free, and ny mother can’t have caffeine while on her chemo meds!!! I’m super grateful I found this prouduct. My mom mixes it with her greens every morning! I even bought her the travel packs (which by the way taste great) so she can take with her on the go! Whitney your product is a god send!! I can’t thank you enough!! We’re on our third order!!! 🙌🏽🫶🏽🥹

The media could not be loaded. I just tried the gel pack after being a big fan of the Brain Activate powder and Whitney Johns has nailed this formula! I’ve been using the gel pack primarily as my pre-workout and for every PR workout day. I absolutely love how energized and powerful I feel. I use the Brain Activate powder for recovery after big lift days. The most awesome and unexpected thing I found with the gel is to use it to “get-your-butt-up-and-go!” It’s amazing! Literally motivation in a squeezie! There are days I just can’t get going, sometimes because of bad sleep or I did not eat well the day before and feel lethargic but I know I can train it’s just getting started that’s the hardest, I take one gel pack and within 30 minutes my body and mind naturally want to accomplish my day. I’ve tried this several times and always with this same great result! This is unexpectedly awesome motivation to-go! You won’t be disappointed.

I use it this instead of half-and-half in my coffee in the morning, so makes a great creamier. Great taste and no added sugar. They've tuned the Monk Fruit just right, so perfect sweeter for my coffee as well. Plus it gives me a lot of mental energy to keep going in the mornings.

I had high hopes but didn’t notice much, if any benefit. It tasted pretty good but for $100, it’s not worth it at all imo. No option to return.

I have 5 kids and life is really busy keeping up with them and everything I want to accomplish, but often I notice the “mom brain” and brain fog (it’s real!) getting in the way of me feeling present and engaged in my life. I have LOVED how much sharper and focused I feel on the days I take this Brain Activate! It’s not like caffeine that adds a temporary energy spike followed by a crash, it’s like having elevated clarity of mind all day. You need to try it to know what I mean. I was curious if it would change anything, but I can honestly say it does! I usually blend it in a smoothie- or my favorite has been heating some milk and adding a scoop of this to make a yummy steamer. So grateful for an easy and natural tool to conquer that brain fog and regain some function to live my life and be with my family— healthier and happier.

Wow I have been pretty worried about my ability to retain information lately, so I figured I'd give it a try and wow, just wow. I can actually pay attention when people are talking to me now. Also, it took me forever to figure out a situation at my job in which I had to think on my feet and now I can do it no problem. So happy that I can now think clearer and have better focus in my demanding fast paced career.

Okay so this new line literally the icing on the cake to see results quicker and have more efficient workouts. I’ve been following Whitney for years and trust her and was shocked to feel the benefits of taking the hormone support and active for only a little less than a month! Ive been in the gym for years but hit a plateau which these supps have helped me get over that hump. I’m also obsessed with the brain activate that has helped me lower my caffeine intake. I also buy the gel packets for fasted morning workouts or a mid day pick me up on the go at work!! Thanks for changing the fitness game Whitt!!
