Great; taste, quality, value for money*Not as easy to cook as the thicker ones, that’s all. In my experience, requires lower heat, longer time and more liquid. Other than that, totally recommended!

This corn flour is awful. And I am not sure why, but everything I cook with it is terrible. Recipes I have used with other brands of corn flour for years and years, now do not turn out. Of course, there is no return on this product, even though it is bad. Listen to me when I tell you, don't buy this. It is expensive and of poor quality.

If you expect it to be like the typical desi maize flour, don’t buy it. I don’t know what type of maize flour it is. No stickiness at all! Just a waste of money.

Don’t make our mistake. This is NOT Gluten Free. It is processed on the same machinery as wheat, etc.

This flour came with a scent and taste of spices (cumin, I think). That would be fine if I had intended to use it like that but I was planning to use it as part of a homemade gluten free flour mix. My bread/cakes have a spice smell and taste.
Not "gluten-friendly"
I bought on recommendation from my brother who is also Celiac. The bag he received said it was not processed on machinery used for wheat/gluten. My lot number is different and says "this product was processed on machinery that also processes wheat". Not able to return. Disappointing.
Turmeric smell/taste
The product has a strong turmeric taste.
