I live in a 1990's mobile home that was never fitted for a full size under counter dishwasher so adding electrical service, plumbing and removing cabinets under a counter near the sink was an expensive and not very probable idea. Finding this gem of a dishwasher that sits right on my countertop was the perfect solution and an affordable option. I'm older and having joint and back problems so standing for long periods of time to do dishes was becoming more difficult. With it just being me alone most of the time there aren't a lot of dishes but what there are are now very easily and quite well cleaned by this dishwater. Can't say enough good about it. I did have one minor issue when I got it out of the box but an exchange of emails with the company - they were very responsive and assured me of the warranty if there was a need to do an exchange - but the issue was easily resolved. I ran it both using the water fill from the top with it emptying into a small bucket in an adjacent room without issue (so the mobility of this dishwasher really works) but then I did a permanent hookup to my sink and placed it next to the sink on my kitchen countertop - it fit perfectly under my upper cabinets - and that is where it has been since and it is a gem. Quiet, easy to operate, well lit inside, cycle options, no leaks, easy clean filter system, washed and dries well, chimes when it's done. Just perfect! I was twenty years without a dishwasher, can't imagine life without it now! Perfect for a single person or a couple or where you have very limited space. I still do large pans, etc., in the sink when needed but you'd be surprised what you can fit in there! I took stock in the comments of earlier buyers of this dishwasher in making my decision to buy this eCozy dishwasher so after a few months of use I wanted to add my own two cents and say this is truly a very good buy and has significantly improved the quality of my life!

How did I miss writing this review a long time ago?! So I've had this dishwasher for pretty well over a year. I absolutely 100% love it. I live in an apartment that has no dishwasher. I use it multiple times a week, sometimes multiple times a day. I am a person who cooks almost all of the food I eat, for home and work lunches. So all the cookware, dishes, glasses, silverware, and containers was just becoming annoying to hand wash.This thing washes FANTASTICLY. Sometimes I'll even put things in and think it looks like it might miss getting something off, but it always gets it! It is not loud while using, just a pretty moderate sound of water spraying on the sides. I can fit so much in! At once, maybe 3 big plates & 3 small, 4 small food prep/condiment ramekins, 2-3 glasses, idk... probably 4 forks 4 spoons, a few knives, some spatulas/spoons... It actually is pretty amazing. I always use the quick mode setting, which is 29mins, and it is absolutely plenty. The normal is 60mins, and in my opinion too long and not needed. It is easy to fill with water, it just takes 3 of the pitchers included, which will total roughly 1 gallon.And because of its small size, if I don't have MUCH to wash, & don't want to use a detergent tab... I just use a few SMALL drops of dish soap & maybe cap full amount of bleach. Works beautifully. (again, SMALL drops of dish soap. literally like 2-3 drops is plenty)And the dry cycle works just great!I have pretty much no complaints. (I'd probably give this 10 out of 5 stars, if I could) I haven't had any increase in electric bill from using it. I leave it out on the counter beside my sink, and it is great. I would recommend this, no hesitation, if you live where you can't have an installed dishwasher.

Update: 12/07/2024I am updating my review to let everyone know that the dishwasher now works again! ECozy support reached out to me promptly, but it turns out that I didn't need them, as the dishwasher began to work again. I have no idea why, as I did nothing differently when trying to run it again, but I'm not complaining. I also feel reassured knowing that I purchased the extended Asurion protection on this dishwasher. Overall, this dishwasher has served me well over the past year and has been a godsend. Highly recommended!----I bought this countertop dishwasher after careful consideration to use in my NYC apartment that lacks a dishwasher. It worked perfectly for almost a year, then suddenly has stopped working. I have always followed all of the instructions in the user manual, regularly cleaned the dishwasher, and took good care of it. There is no error message. I have tried all troubleshooting steps and none work.I contacted the seller/manufacturer (Ecozy) through their support email, and thankfully also bought a 2-year insurance plan with Asurion, so I have also filed a claim. I will update this review once I hear back from both as to how they plan to fix this.With that being said, here's the pros and cons of this countertop dishwasher:Pros:-Fits perfectly underneath most cabinets, even lower-hanging ones (measure first, though, to be sure!)-Doesn't take up too much countertop real estate-Fits a surprisingly large amount of full-size dishes (just be sure not to overload the dishwasher)-Easy to use and ergonomic-Can be filled easily and quickly either manually or via a direct water/faucet hookup (I prefer to fill manually to not upset my landlord)-Cleans dishes well-Relatively quietCons:-Failed after less than a year despite my using and maintaining it perfectly (this is a MASSIVE con!)I hope that ECozy/Asurion do the right thing and either replace or refund my dishwasher!

Está increíble me llegó hoy 5 de diciembre 2023 ,la compré en el black Friday, se demoró un día más de lo que decía porque la retuvieron en aduana pero , llegó super bien, ya la proble salió la primera tanda de trastes y excelente, jaja solo que si no quieren que se les Heche a perder sus paletas de madera y demás no las pongan 😅, pero de ahí en fuera cumple con todo. Me encantó la verdad !!La verdad nosotros somos muchos y usamos.muchos trastes así que debemos meterlos por tandas jeje pero está increíble llevo probando dos tipos de ciclos y el primero que fue el más en tardar que fueron 2 horas con todo y secado la verdad dejo increíblemente limpios los trastes , casi ni tuve que secarlos , ahorita pruebo el quik y dice hora y media a ver qué tal .. jeje lo recomiendo 💯👌

I had been looking at similar countertop dishwashers for a few weeks after seeing one a friend bought when this one came up on sale. With 15% off listed price + another $50 coupon on checkout, I thought I would bite the bullet. Glad I did.I opted for free delivery and was expecting it 5 days later; first pleasant surprise it arrived in 2 days. The box had some ripped corners and damage on the outside, but the dishwasher itself was fine and in good order - packed well and not a scratch on it. I also received a message from the company right after it arrived at my door letting me know about the warranty and how to contact them if I had questions (nice touch!!!).Setting it up was a breeze. I have an older house/smaller kitchen, so a full sized dishwasher or even portable was a no-go. My pull down faucet wasn't compatible with countertop DW connections either, so having a built-in water tank was the perfect solution! The ecozy fits snuggly under my cupboards (I measured three times before buying to be sure) and sits perfectly in a dead-space corner of my counter.If you have realistic expectations this machine is great for a single person or couple, especially if you have tired of washing dishes like I have. The capacity is actually quite surprising; I have managed to get in 3 full sized plates, 2 small side plates, 2 small bowls, 6 (each) knives/forks/spoons, 2 small coffee mugs and a small drinking glass on the upper shelf, AND 2 full size glasses IN ONE LOAD. Note: it will accommodate 11" plates on an angle to clear the upper spray arm, but best to have 10" plates to maximize use. You will also have to play with the placement a few times to get it right, but once you've nailed that down, its quite impressive on what it will hold. I do still wash my larger pots/pans and bigger items by hand, but man-oh-man this little fella has been great for the other dishes.The ecozy takes dishwasher pods, powder, and gel; I opted to buy the pods and have had no problem with them dissolving, and the dishes have come out sparkling clean each time. I run the eco cycle for 59 minutes + another hour for drying time. The noise level of the machine isn't bad at all, and I can watch tv in the adjacent living room while running the dishwasher with no problem. I also like that this has a window so you can see the machine cleaning the dishes throughout the cycle (I oddly have found myself checking in on the little beast from time to time while its cleaning, so either have way too much time on my hands in retirement, or need a few new hobbies, BUT, its kinda cool to watch IT do the work rather then me!!!!). I drain the water directly into my sink (drainage hose comes with it), but the suction cup that holds the hose in place against the side of the sink is finicky and can pop free, so I recommend placing a weighted object on top of the hose to keep it in place, just in case.I have only had the ecozy countertop dishwasher for a little over a week now, but so far so good. I'm giving it a full 5 stars as it has definitely met my expectations and then some. I recommend this product.

I absolutely despise doing dishes and my sink doesn't support most countertop dishwashers, this thing is small but mighty. I love that I just fill the tank, add soap and go. My dishes get super clean, my sink stays dish free, and I get some peace of mind.The machine itself was very easy to set up and understand, it's quiet and effective. I still have to wash my pots and pans because the machine is too small for that, but it holds a surprising amount of dishes. It runs longer than some other dishwashers on the market and doesn't dry the dishes super well, but there is an extra dry function which helps with that, and as for the time it takes, I put my dishes on before I go to bed so I don't even worry about it.Overall this is the best purchase I've made and it is completely worth the money.

The media could not be loaded. It was on sale and thought I'd be one of the sucker that will have to return an item that was obviously too good to be true. Look at reviews both on Bolo and elsewhere and they were all good (really?! hmm ok fine).Turns out it actually works! Now be warned it is SMALL. Best I've fit in one go is like a bowl, 2 cup and 4 plates along with utensils (nowhere near what the manual displays as optimal setup). It is great if you live alone, might be worth it if you are two but nothing above that.Pros:- Water tank so you dont need to connect to anything (my sink doesn't have a screw-in output)- Fits on the counter-top (or anywhere else for that matter, can simply use a bucket for the output)- It cleans perfectly fine (I rinse my dishes before putting it in so its low effort)- Surprisingly silent- Uses little soap- Dishes comes out 98% dry (I keep a towel nearby in rare cases I need to wipe anything remaining)- Easy to reach & clean the filtersCons: (mostly due to its size and convenience, shouldn't be deal breakers)- While I had no issue fitting my normal plates I bought at Ikea, I wouldn't be surprised if someone had plates that didn't fit, double check the dimensions before buying it.- The tray is not very accommodating for normal sized plates as they can't remain upright and always lean on the side of the machine or other plates- Small capacity (they suggests to put cups on the top side shelf but I got nothing that fits there)- For a little bit more $ you can get a full-size dishwasher to also wash pots and pans (but that is probably not the reason you buying this anyways)Pet-peeves:- Cant lock the touchscreen panel, I would wipe with a cloth the water I spilled from filling the tank and it would start changing the settings and reset the cycle, starts draining right after it started, etc..- Top shelf is so high it is practically useless, I use it to put overflow of utensils or my scrub-daddy spongeIn conclusion:I love it. It meets goes around the restrictions I had that prevented me from getting a regular/portal dishwasher. I'd buy it again if I had to.I recommended it to a friend who lives alone and they also love it.The only thing that's left is to see is its longevity.
