I haven't noticed a difference but I heard it's really good for you so I will continue taking

Have only used this for a couple weeks. Seems to help with sleep. Please note the Capsules are Very large and not easy to swallow. I open the capsule and put the Powder in yogurt.

I love these Moringa capsules. They are equivalent to eating the daily percentage of green vegetables that I need to eat. Plus, they are really assisting with my digestion.

Moringa itself I feel is very beneficial to the body. I have arthritis in my knees and lower back. It has removed them. Before I bought this brand, I used another brand (1000) MG pill I bought from my local store.This brand did no more difference than the cheap brand I brought at my local store. It still maintained what I did before but it had no added benefit from the 1000 MG pill I bought before.This 50:1 extract ratio seems deceptive to me. I thought it was the powder with some kind of moringa extract oil in it but, when I researched it that didn't seem to be the case.It claims that the powder concentration is equivalent to so many grams of the leaves but when I weighed the pill it wasn't even 1000 MG. To me, it didnt seem to have the 11000 MG claim this pill has.My conclusion is you can buy a good quality moringa capsule and still get the same effect that these so called high potency pills claim.I didn't feel a difference in this pill vs the cheaper one. I took a full bottle of this supplement 90 pills to be exact.
