In its price range, the features of the FitVII are as good as others out there. It's sturdy and comfortable to wear 24/7, available in several colors including a light purple color, my favorite! I particularly love the simple sleep monitor that, to me, seems pretty accurate in keeping track of the total time slept each night. Works for me! I also love the Phone Locator function included in the features. I "lose" my phone frequently, and it's a pleasure to be able to locate it "hidden" nearby, right where I left it!This fitness tracker's main features, though, count steps, distance, time and calories for a variety of exercises, from running to swimming to cycling, and many others. I find the step and distance monitors about half a mile short when running on the treadmill (doesn't match up with GPS or gym equipment measurements), but overall I can factor this in when I log fitness numbers into MyFitnessPal after every workout. The app is very easy to use, imple in its layout but providing all the info I need to track my progress.Unfortunately, the charging function worked very well until two days ago when I was unable to charge the watch (for my activity level, I charge it about every 10-12 days). I immediately sought help from customer support at the manufacturer, and my concerns were addressed professionally and promptly by Allisa, the customer support rep at FitVII. She is arranging for a new magnetic charger to be shipped to me immediately (these magnetic chargers are for the most part not interchangeable with other fitness watches). So Allisa's expertise and guidance have been most helpful in the diagnostic process as she wanted to ensure that the problem was the cord and not the watch itself.I will provide an update to this review when the new charger arrives in the next few days. In any event, prompt service and support are critically important, and I am very pleased with the response to my concerns thus far.UPDATE: The replacement charge cord was received three days after contacting Allisa at customer support. It works perfectly, and I'm very satisfied with the outstanding customer support I received! I highly recommend this fitness watch and the customer-centric sales and support at FitVII.
5.0 out of 5 stars Sort of like a Fitbit, but not as costly
I had a Fitbit Versa 2 and it finally died after a year's worth of daily use... so I went looking for a cheaper alternative. This FITVII (FIT 7) is a nice watch. The 1st charge has lasted me a week and a half and still has a day or two left before it needs to go back on the charger. The charger for this watch is incredibly easy to use. There are 2 magnets on the back of the watch and the charging cable can only be attached in one direction. It's literally fool-proof! It takes a couple hours to charge... which is way faster than my last watch.While not a mainstream brand, FITVII has done a really nice job with the watch's interface and the cell phone application. My Android app launches quickly, communicates sparingly with the watch and allows me to set everything on the watch on my cell phone. Accuracy is the only spot I would ding this watch; heart rate and blood pressure do not match medical devices (think: blood pressure arm cuff) and the pace distance cannot be adjusted for your stride like Fitbit. I find my steps are a bit low at the end of the day, but it does track my movement. So, just adjusted my goal from 10,000 steps down to 8,000 and call it good. 😁 (Fitbit wouldn't even allow that!)The swiping actions are consistent and rarely missed (except when the watch face is wet). The interface is colorful and clear. There are plenty of watch faces to customize with, and everything is readily configurable in the cell phone app. Sleep tracking is right on for timeframes and duration. The alarm buzzes just hard enough on my wrist to wake me each morning without a jolt. The weather app on the watch is decent and tracks with current conditions. messaging and phone calls happen within milliseconds between my phone and watch. I get a buzzing notification for new messages and incoming phone calls. I can even deny the call from my watch without searching for my phone during working hours.There are so many features in the watch that I haven't even used them all... and possibly never will! Just go buy one and pocket the extra hundred bucks you would have paid for a different smart watch.

I've had this watch for over a year now and it's pretty nice. The messages come thru but the weather is never correct. I'm not sure how to fix that. The price is fair and the steps count seem to work. I am disappointed that the face pictured in the Bolo listing is not one that is available to choose from. That was what attracted me to this watch. It syncs easy and the app is pretty easy to use. It's not too big on my small wrist. I wish there were more colors available.

Ideal choice
I specifically wanted a watch that would read blood pressure, heart rate, and had a screen that was large enough to read and also a good price point. I am very happy with this choice.
Fit VII Fitness Tracker Smart Watch
After reading recommendations and other reviews, I purchased this fitness smart watch with the express purpose of monitoring blood pressure and heart rate.The interface is clunky, selections & settings are obscure and repetitive and the readings obtained from the watch are wildly inaccurate and therefore worthless.Very disappointed in this FitVII Fitness Smartwatch. If you are in divorce proceedings buy your spouse this watch as an evil way to inflict misery into their life.
