They are sharp, easy to clean, have a good grip, and are lightweight. I have not had them for long, but so far, I love them. I hope they don't get dull quickly.

I have had many steak knives over the years and they are all about the same. This set is sharper than any of them. They are even sharper than my two sets of carving knives, including the ones in the bucher block. I am glad I got them. They also wash well in the dishwasher.

They work really well with meat. The handles fit very well in your hand. Wish there was a tray to store them in.

We ordered and returned a couple sets of more expensive knives before landing on these. The price is right, and the knives are SHARP! They are said to be dishwasher safe, but we are still washing them by hand just to be sure. The only complaint might be that the handles are a little bulkier than on some other knives, so if you have a smaller space in your drawer reserved for your sharp knives, they might fit in there a little awkwardly. But that is a small price to pay for really good knives! Keeper!

These are great steak knives !! Love them and the best part is they hold up in dishwasher !! The handles on my store bought ones always break in the dishwasher. They are lightweight, look great, sharp, and would buy again for sure !!
