It is perfect for baking it is easy to mix together and a great value. We don’t eat eggs and because they are so expensive now , I don’t like to buy them. This product has great egg quality and works great for me.

It's exactly what it says it is eggs. It works better as an added ingredient like cakes and cookies, the quiche was kinda flat. I am definitely keeping these on hand.

I purchased this hoping it would be good for baking. As an experiment, I first tried it with a package of Ghirardelli Supreme Brownie mix. I am very familiar with this mix, it usually makes the most delicious, flaky brownies. The recipe only calls for one egg, so I used one tablespoon of this “egg powder” with two tablespoons of water. First thing I noticed is that the powder didn’t want to mix with the water. After a considerable amount of mixing, it finally did dissolve in the water, but looked nothing like an egg, just a thin, yellow water. Against my better judgment, I added it to the brownie mix and baked according to the box directions that I always follow. Wow, the end result is absolutely disgusting, I am including a photo of the baked brownies. Nothing seemed to bind as it would do with an actual egg. The edge looks burnt and greasy, while the rest has a strange layer of goo floating, and then there is this white foam on top. I wasn’t expecting an exact duplicate for a fresh egg, but I did expect something edible. What a waste of money, I should have paid attention to the reviews. I absolutely do not recommend this product.

Great hurricane or disaster food, made the best omelets, corn bread, cakes, any foods that required eggs. Great value

I like the flavor, different from fresh eggs, but it's good. I used it In my Cornbread and muffins and it works great. I tried to make an omelet but they just don't scramble. It was more like a glaze, similar to chicken chow mein. It was tasty, but no omelet. I guess it was ham and bell pepper chow mein? I followed instructions carefully on my 2nd attempt. Same eggy gooey glaze.

So far I have used the powdered eggs for baking. It works good. Baked a cake and it was very moist.
