I have had medical issues over the years as i age. I have taken vitamins since 1981 ,while in college. The issues i have is with having to take medication that depletes some of my vitamins in my system. I'm 68 and work every week on remodeling our retreat house in the country. I've tried other b12 brands and they help a little. I saw these and decided to try them since they have the 3 different forms b12. After about 1 month i started to notice that i just kept working and not getting tired even though i was sweating heavily. I stopped taking them for a week or so after taking for 3 months. Taking Solgar v2000, which has b12 , i was still feeling tired again. Start back up on these b12 and energy back again. I feel better and not tired. I take 2 per day and it's not harmful since your body doesn't store b vitamins. These are like taking an energy ,mood pill. It helps in the function of your nerves, and i have a damaged spinal code, and this is the first B12 that actually makes my nerves to feet work better. It's just so fabulous that it does what its doing for me. Fabulous type of b12 ever and highly recommend to people who need a lot of energy, help nerve transmission, and to just feel great about yourself!

We've only been using it for a couple of weeks, so it's too soon to review it's effectiveness. They have no taste or noticeable odor. They are packaged well, they come in a dark glass bottle. The size of the capsule is normal and easy to swallow. All in all it seems like a high quality vitamin and a good value for the money. I'll update later on effectiveness.

I’ve tried several different vitamins to help increase my energy, and overall mood. These B12s are amazing to say the least! I tried a different brand, and I didn’t feel any difference so I went back to purchasing THIS specific brand/product. I used to need 9+ hours a sleep a night, but I find I am waking up after 6 hours feeling refreshed since I started these a few months back. PS … it took a little over 2 weeks before I felt the impact of these vitamins.

Bioactive vitamin B12 works very well for me. It gives me stamina all day. I didn’t have much stamina before taking Vitamin B12. Now I do. It works.
