I was pleasantly surprised at not only the quality of the faucet, but also the quality of the packaging and instructions, and how well the company appears to stand behind its products.The faucet is very nicely packaged, without a lot of extraneous paper inclusions and plastic bags. The faucet comes simply packaged in a specially made foam container in the box, along with the weight for the pullout and a small bag containing the installation gaskets and lock nut. The instructions are a single sheet of paper and are very clear in good English.A lifetime warranty is included and may be activated on their website with the Bolo order number.Installation is easy. In fact, it is much easier than with many high end faucets. Many high end faucets use a large hex lock nut to fasten the faucet body to the countertop, and it is typically very difficult to adequately tighten the nut in a cramped space, even with the special tool designed for this purpose, and with time, such faucets become loose and you have to tighten it again. This faucet uses a locking nut which you first hand tighten as best you can, and then you turn two screws with a screwdriver to get the faucet nice and tight on the countertop. It does not seem that this faucet will loosen (but even if it does, it should be relatively easy to retighten using only a screwdriver).The faucet hot and cold water lines have 3/8" FIP stainless steel connectors, so you might need adaptors if your supply valves are not 3/8" MIP. The lines are nice and long, obviating the need for the extension flexible tubing that was used previously.Once installed, the faucet looks great functions perfectly. The finish (in our case brushed nickel) seems well done. Of note, it is possible that the faucet pullout hose and weight could become stuck or partly obstructed by items under the sink or pipes. If this happens, you can use a so-called "Hose Management System" from Moen, which is nothing more than a plastic cylinder used to isolate the hose from other items. This is mentioned in another review.I'm very happy with this faucet and I highly recommend it.

Very easy to install , comes with everything needed. I bought this because it was less than the other faucets offered . Definitely would recommend. Very sturdy and stylish.

UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: After posting my original review of this product (below), the manufacturer contacted me and was eager to see what they could do to make things right. They offered to replace the original product or give me a refund. I asked if they had another model of faucet that would work better with my filtration system, but they did not. They gave me a refund in the form of an Bolo gift card. While this product was not a good match for my application, the product overall seems to be of good quality and came with flexible options for easy installation. Also, the manufacturer did come back to me and worked to resolve the situation the best they could. Therefore, I increased my star rating from 2 to 4.I bought this a while back, mainly because the style of it matched my new kitchen sink faucet, and because the price seemed reasonable. The listing states it can be used with "Reverse Osmosis and Water Filtration" systems. I have a water filtration system that worked perfectly with my old drinking water faucet, but a wanted a new one that matched the style and finish of my new sink and faucet. While it does match, the water flow is so strong that if you try to fill a cup or glass the water splashes out of it and all over the sink and counter. I contacted the manufacturer and, instead of being eager to help, they seemed to be skeptical about what I was reporting to them, and wanted me to take videos and send them to them. The overall tone of their response did not lead me to believe they truly wanted to help, but instead wanted me to jump through hoops before they would lift a finger to help. I was not impressed with their lack of interest in helping me with this problem. The only good thing I can say about this product is that it was fairly easy to install and came with a variety of adapters and options for installation.
Excellent quality
Excellent quality kitchen faucet I have been using it for over a month and am very pleased. Easy to install and also looks great. The seller sent a letter if you need help with installation. I recommend it because you can't buy a quality kitchen faucet in a store for that kind of money

Produto muito frágil, veio com defeito na mangueira, está com furo e quando liga a torneira, a pressão da agua faz com que saia água por esse furo na parte de de baixo da pia. O pior que fui perceber depois de alguns dias usando, quando abri em baixo e vi a quantidade de agua que tinha saido. Quero meu dinheiro de volta!

The item is not made to fit to standard Saudi size. However , I have contacted customer support and they did everything possible to help untie the issue is resolved by sending proper connectors.The product is nice and quietly is prefect and the price was totally worth.
