I was a little worried about the flavor, but it's smooth, rich, and fresh tasting. It mixes easily into recipes and drinks. So handy, especially for camping. Would definitely buy this again.

I wanted something less processed than the coffee creamer I was using and decided to give this a try...it worked out fine after I figured out I needed to use my small wire whisk to blend it in. It only took a few seconds of brisk whisking to get my coffee perfect...it took no longer than stirring in powdered creamer with a spoon. The taste wasn't like my powdered coffee creamer, which at first I wasn't sure of, but I decided I liked the authentic dairy taste. Another difference is after about 5 minutes my coffee had a slight skim of cream that rose to the top, but I just gave my coffee a swirl and that fixed that. The cream also worked well when I made my simple potato soup recipe, again giving it a quick whisk to blend it in.

Honestly, I accidently bought this, but it has been good to have. We have found it useful for things like soups and stews. The flavor is fine, nothing special. But it does add that creamy factor you want sometimes. And it has saved us some runs to the store. We unfortunatly have not been able to get a good whipped cream from it. Honestly, if you assume that and use it for everything else, I think you will be happy.

I bought this so my husband could have cream in his coffee. He can't use up fresh (if you can call it that) in time before it has to get thrown out, And, it does Not have all the nasty additives they add to all cream anymore. Gone are the days when cream was just cream and I refuse to buy it. It is all ultra pasteurized too. This solves the problem very well and he loves it. He likes it a lot better than the coconut milk he had been using. When I can, I plan on trying it out otherwise, but for now it's great just for this. The price was great, and I love Z Naturals. I buy as much as I can afford from them consistently.

This was the second time Iโve bought heavy cream powder (different brand last time). Both of them had the same strange taste to it: old, stale and rancid! This one mixed well - I was using it for the last 1/2 cup of heavy cream in a biscuit recipe. I should have tasted it first because I will probably throw the biscuits away since you can taste the nasty cream in the biscuits. Itโs a shame because Iโm on keto so I use a lot of whipping cream in dishes, but a lot of times run short of required amount. I figured having the powdered stuff would be a lifesaver. But not if they taste like that! I donโt know if they ALL taste like that (you can even smell the weird odor). Not sure if I will waste money on powder stuff anymore. Iโll buy extra heavy cream at the store and try freezing it instead.

I drink cream every day in my coffee. I was hoping this would be a great alternative as it's affordable and is shelf stable and easy to store. I thought it'd be like dried milk - when reconstituted, it's passible for the real thing. Sadly, it's just not even close to the real thing. It's got a chemical smell/taste to it that didn't sit well with my morning caffeine and the texture was off. Edible? I suppose, but not in this form for me. I plan to give it a try in some baked goods, but for now, it's in our long term storage for emergency use.

It dissolves perfectly. I sift my Bakers cocoa into it make my own coffee creamer. It bakes well, mixes well and a great price. I keep mine in mylar bags or premade coffee creamer in mason jars.
Excellent product!
I love this product. We don't use heavy cream that often so when I buy it at the store, I end up throwing half of it away. This is so much more economical - no waste at all - and the convenience is excellent. It works in all my recipes. 10 out of 10.

We purchased this for backcountry camping since we enjoy cream in our coffee. It lasts a long time. I now use it to substitute milk or half-and-half with heavy cream for recipes. It works great.
Makes my SUBI shake taste GREAT!!
I love SUBI greens (sold here on Bolo) but I don't want sugar in it so I get the unflavored and was stirring it into milk. It was edible as far as greens powders go. But when I put in this cream it tastes GREAT!! Great for what I am using it for. Wish I could subscribe for it at a discount, but other than that, PERFECT.
