While my model doesn’t feature temperature controls and is solely for boiling water, it performs this task exceptionally well. The design is outstanding, combining sleek aesthetics with highly functional mechanics.The internal vessel is made from seamless stainless steel, ensuring no plastic touches the water and maintaining its pristine appearance without discoloration. The kettle is thoughtfully engineered—keeping the exterior cool to the touch, operating quietly compared to others I’ve tried, and featuring an effective overflow mechanism. The craftsmanship minimizes the risk of water entering internal components, adding to its durability. Its modern, striking look is just the cherry on top. I love this thing. I have been on the hunt for a cheap electric kettle, and this thing is perfect. I love that I can fill it to almost any amount, turn it on, and just forget it. It has worked problem free for 6 months.

Keeps water fairly hot for a while, but does get calcium/limestone build up. We use it daily, but it's rather large for our limited counter space, so we probably wouldn't purchase again. Other than that, works find/as expected. Really love and support the brand!

After 6 month the kettle is leaking water from the bottom. It happens both when it is connected to the base and also when you use it to pour the liquid. It is a safety concern!! Very disappointed.

Works great and boils quick
Very nice looking and does what it's supposed to do. One thing to watch out for is to not fill it up to the MAX mark or it will leak out and make a mess on your countertop. I tested it a few times and if you fill up to the mark 8 (cups), that's the one just below the MAX mark, you will be just fine.
a caution
As you see in the picture, for 3 months every day use, I noticed that on the side of the lid, the rust has been accumulated possibly from inside parts. Zwilling said that they won’t provide a prepaid return label to send it back for their evaluation.This product looks good and functions well but please be awared that you may have the same issue (I cannot say that this is a common problem.) and it is possible that you might need to pay an extra cost.

Nice looking kettle. It’s quiet. Well made. Very impressed with the inside of the kettle being one continuous piece of metal - no seams. My only disappointment was that it doesn’t have a brushed stainless steel finish so it doesn’t match my toaster and coffee machine. I got the silver colour thinking the colour was that of stainless steel. It’s more the colour of nickel with a satin finish. Nice, but not what I was hoping for.

I have been using it for half a year and the overall quality is good. The only downside is that the filter is unstable and easy to fall off.
