It does exactly what it’s supposed to. Nothing more nothing less. I can’t even get through the whole ice block lol, it’s very cold but it’s refreshing and feels great in the mornings. The reviews complain about the lid not being easily removable when frozen, however if you just run some warm water over the lid area for less than a minute; it pops right off. Common sense.

I got this product for my early work mornings, my face tends to get pretty puffy and this helps so much. The top can be a little difficult to get off, but if you let it sit for a couple minutes it’s a lot easier! You also can’t fill it all the way or it’ll overflow in the freezer. It feels very durable, is comfortable to hold, and easy to clean (you can honestly throw it in the dishwasher)

I wish people would do their research before leaving a negative review on a product! If you followed instructions your ice would not be breaking like some of these reviews are saying! This ice roller is AMAZING! Been consistent with this for a week and my skin is GLOWING and looks less puffy! I will continue to use this forever— please when you purchase, follow the instructions so your ice doesn’t break when you take the top off your ice roller!

I like the material especially since it’s silicone and can’t really break or crack. Very easy to use as well, just fill it up with water and put it in the freezer and done. Much better than using an ice cube to not freeze your hands lol

I gave it 3 stars because it doesn't open up like the picture. And doesn't look as nice as the picture. It breaks in half, and you have to use the nub.
