Delicious, excellent consistency. Not sweetened with erythritol! Our favorite use is for honey butter hot sauce for our family's version of low carb Chicken and Waffles, and to make a fantastic honey mustard sauce for grilled chicken thighs. It's pricey, but it helps make our low carb lifestyle feel more "normal"--which means a lot!

This is a great product. I'm following a keto diet plan, so real honey is something to avoid. But, since I enjoy a little honey in my tea, I needed a good alternative and found it here.It offers a similar taste and sweetness profile to real honey without the carbs I need to avoid.I highly recommend trying this if you like honey but need to avoid sugars.

I bought this because my boyfriend has diabetes. I'm not completely used to sugar free products yet, so I was a little skeptical. But I tried a spoonful of it and it tastes exactly like honey. I'm amazed. The only downside is that the bottle is on the smaller side and it's expensive.

Love the sugar free honey . I use it as my sweetener for everything. Only problem it’s a little expensive. It has a slight honey taste which I like and no aftertaste. If I’m mixing it in something cold I add it to some warm water to dissolve if not it just sticks to the spoon if you don’t.

I'm a huge fan of the regular Wholesome Yum honey, it's the best keto-friendly honey out there for clean ingredients and having taste and consistency indistinguishable from the real thing. I was really excited to try this, and it does not disappoint! Real ginger and turmeric, not just "flavor"! It tastes delicious, clear honey flavor with the warm and herby notes of the spices without being overpowering, and is fantastic in a cup of warm tea. I'll need to stock up for winter!
