Definitely worth it. The cards are easy to understand and take the thought out of working out. No more trying to figure out what to do. My only complaint is that a couple of the cards require other equipment like a pull up bar or tilted bench. I dont have those at home.

These are great, with a large variety of exercises and easy pictures and instructions. Our only suggestion for improving them is to have more medium challenge moves…there are several that are very simple and most people already know or do them. Would have liked to see a variety of unique and a bit harder difficulty moves. Would be great for beginners!

Great set of cards! I like that they are small enough so that I can select a number of them to place on my printer and print out custom workout plans. These cards would make a perfect Xmas stocking stuffer for any exercise aficionado. Terrific value, too.

I use these to travel with or to create a specific workout. There's a lot of information on each card, detailed instructions for each move and a picture. I especially like the variation of moves for the same muscle groups. I recommend these for all levels.

I'm getting back into my workout regimen and these make it a no brainer when it comes to mixing it up. I didn't have to think about what I was going to do. I grabbed the stack and went with the first 20 cards I chose. My 11 year old even did the workouts with me. It was fun.

As expected
These little weights are great for those times when I want to strengthen smaller muscles and refinement is needed. I'm surprised I use them as much as I do. They are easy to add to and remove from my dumbbells.In short, they work as expected and really come in handy.
So helpful
I get lost in apps and stuff- this has to have been one of my fave purchases recently. If you feel like you get to the gym and only do the same exercises or don’t remember which to do for what purpose, this is great. I just make my workout and then I take photos of my deck for the day. It’s a lot more streamlined and I can see on the card which muscles it works
