I got this all put together and one of the wheels is missing the metal connector piece. Sigh. Now I have to take it apart, box it up, and return it only to wait another week for a replacement.******Update******** I didn't have to return this excellent dryer for a bad wheel!!! So very happy. The seller contacted me immediately about my issue. They offered me a refund and I said no because I love using the hairdryer (been using it with just the stand) and I didn't want to be without using it. Today I received one replacement wheel in the mail. This was excellent customer service. The hairdryer is actually pretty amazing for the price. I have naturally curly hair and it dries my curls really quickly. There is plenty of room for my head and I don't feel claustrophobic at all while using it. I love the ionic button feature and the cool setting. I switch it to cool once my hair is dry to cool my curls. I also like the fact the top back of it has a removable piece so you can clean the screen of dust/lint. There is a lever inside to adjust the vents. It has high heat, low heat, and cool. It telescopes high enough to clear my office chair. I work from home so in the morning I'm able to work while I sit under the dryer :) If you are on the fence about this dryer you should just buy it. You won't regret it and you can't beat the price.

Everything appears fine with the exception of me being unable to insert one of the wheels into the base. I have tried everything short of hammering it in. Even asking others to try and insert it, to no avail. That is my only issue. I have used it once and I like it a lot.

The media could not be loaded. I love it! It’s the perfect height, easy to assemble and gets super hot quickly! Perfect for home and spacious enough for those who have Locs!

I have only used it a few times so far so good. It gets hot enough, quick drying time,the wheels rolls just fine. I love the the height adjustment and it has a long cord.

I bought this to heater the color for my hair. Used it 3 weeks ago and it was great. Today - it will not turn on at all and Bolo says I’m outside the return window. The product is DEFECTIVE. It should be good your more than one use. There is no way to reach the seller for a replacement other than leaving a bad review.
