He uses it and says it’s fantastic. It works exactly like it’s supposed to makes excellent ground beef patties and other things, even makes his own sausages neat machine.

I've used this product a few times to grind chicken breast and thighs for chicken burgers. It works great and is super easy to assemble and use. Cleanup is simple especially with the included brush. I use the brush to clean other attachments including a shredder/slicer. This unit is built solidly to last many years. I'm very glad I forked over the extra couple bucks to buy into this quality.I look forward to expanding my usage including sausage making,

This is a nice grinder for the price. Just keep in mind you get what you paid for. Aluminum can't (shouldn't) be put in your dishwasher, so you will need to hand wash it, or pay extra for the stainless steel version. Meat has a lot of fat, so it's not going to be a fun job. The cleaning brush that comes with it isn't the best. I suggest using a bottle brush instead. The plastic pusher stick is hollow, which can make pushing large strips or pieces into the tube difficult. I bought mine to grind down scrap beef fat to render for beef tallow. It did a wonderful job. It processed about 3.5 lbs of fat into ground in about 15 minutes. I can't speak to it's ability to make sausage, but it appears to have all the necessary parts to do so. Make sure you pay attention to the manual about the orientation of the cutting blades. Refrigerating the unit prior to use helps too.

Works perfectly, ground up and made beef summer sausage. Easy cleaning. Why did you pick this product vs others?:Stainless steel unit. I had an aluminum unit, it oxidized, so bad it was unusable without an hour of scrubbing. Unless you want to eat aluminum oxidization.

We got this one to replace our KitchinAid brand grinder when the side broke on it. Our neighbor had this brand and recommended it to us. It works just as well as the KitchenAid brand did and at a fraction of the cost. We are very happy with this meat grinder/stuffer.

Waited to review until I had processed several batches, totaling 19 kilo (42 pounds approx). Grinding Top Side and Bacon for Hamburger meat. Starting with Semi Frozen meat, Froze the Grinder itself and ran it through the grinder twice (2nd largest size holes, as recommended in owners guide). I bought the stainless steel version and it is well made and secure and snug fitting to my Classic Kitchen Aid Mixer (only a couple years old). It came with 2 of the 4 blade cutters and one two blade cutter. It works really well and was concerned as it was not the Kitchen Aid brand, but took a chance because it was stainless steel. I am really happy I did. This product is first class. This product works as intended, but it is suited for home use, not heavy commercial use. The weakness is the Kitchen Aid mixer itself, it gets very hot on big batches and will strain and slow the motor. On first grinds, had to stop mid-batch to let the motor cool and take care not to push too much product through. Super for home but recommend a commercial grinder for large amounts of meat on a daily basis. One suggestion that I might eventually need is replacement blades, I don't see them available anywhere.

The grinder parts are heavyweight and work well but the plunger for pushing food into the grinder is a cheap, hollow plastic that collapsed the first time I used it without applying excessive force.

the wall thickness is not enough. Too thin, too light, not reliable. My opinion it should be made of stainless steel. Cheapest materials . Waste time and money to spend on low quality product made in China

es excelente para molienda de carne, muele bastante bien solo después de unas 4 veces tuve que afilar las cuchillas creo es normal, lo complicado viene al embutir, después compre una embutidora dedicada ya que con la kitchen aid es bastante laborioso el proceso de embutido. s e puede lograr pero tardas más aún así le doy 5 estrellas por que cumple su propósito bastante bien
