I had another steamer and use this one immediately after and it cleaned so much better. It's kind of pricey but I split the cost with my neighbor since we only use it two or three times a month so it made sense

I believe in steam cleaning. This works great BUT be sure to buy extra pads for floor cleaning. Once you use one they don’t wash clean

The infomercial for this product is amazing. The product is not. First of all I did not order the "basic model." I wanted the Elite model and was directed to the Dual Blast with so many additional accessories with it. And I paid way more for this than the Basic. Notably the flex hose listed in the pamphlet as a regular accessory was not included in my package. First disappointment was how they stress how light the mop is by holding in one hand. Not so. Way too heavy for me. I cannot hold this thing in one hand.After unwrapping the multiple packages and reading over the instructions several times I ventured some two weeks later to try it out. First project was one bathroom. Even with the adjusted steam output there was so much water on the tile floor I was afraid of slipping and falling. There were a couple of spots on the tile that could not be budged with the steam mop. The next day I got those spots out with good old elbow grease. Also it took 3 hours for that wet floor to dry. Went back to try to do some grout. Absolutely no change in the grout. Decided this was not going to work on tile floors and obviously the water would be way too much for my prefinished wood floors. Discouraged I put the mop aside and thought i would wait before trying again. Next I tried to use it on some rug spots. No change in those. Waited again and read directions again and went back to try rug spots again. No luck at all. Had those rug spots come out, I would have said OK to this thing.I was so excited to get this mop and am so upset with myself for believing the presentation. I am better off with a light weight Sw...........mop for floors, a scrub brush for grout, and my trusty 409 Carpet cleaner spray which actually does remove any spots from rugs. This thing was a lot of money and hype but useless. I hope I can return this useless mop.

I ordered the premium package H2O mop X5 with extra microfiber pads, a carrying strap, and all the attachments. The pads and attachments are fantastic, I highly recommended them. The carrying strap is very useful to sling the base over your shoulder while cleaning with just the base. Now as far as the steam cleaning and the mop itself as a whole. I’ve used it for the past two days all over my house. I love how it cleans and gets into crevices you can't normally get to, it's so satisfying. The base itself is lightweight and has a completely AKWARD design. Wait for the redesign!! I used the mop today, it works great. It feels about as sturdy as the store-brand dust mops, the ones that screw together in sections. This is possibly worse. It’s made of cheap hollow plastic. I understand the review I read about the handle snapping in half. I'm vertically challenged (5’3”) and I felt like it might snap. I can only imagine normal-sized adults pushing with any weight at all would definitely snap. It's a mixed bag with this mop. If you can overlook the cheap materials used in the design, the cleaning performance might outweigh the fact you might break the handle at any moment. I've only had it for 2 days so I can't speak to the longevity of it as a whole.I would suggest only using distilled water the chemicals and hard water from tap water will clog the steamer. I learned that the hard way with my first steamer.

So far so good. I cleaned my grill with this and it got all the burnt on grease off. I also did my windows which were a little harder to do without streaking, but overall with a paper towel, came out looking really good. I also did my floor and it looks amazing and is not sticky or streaked.I love it so far and will use it a lot.I like the fact that you can buy extra cleaning pads so we can dedicate pads for certain tasks only.Overall a good value if you can get it on sale.

This steamer works great! This is my second one and my house feels so much cleaner when I use it. From steaming the floors to cleaning my bathroom, this steamer does it all.

Dopo 10 anni il vecchio H20 ci ha lasciati per un cortocircuito ma eravamo talmente soddisfatti del prodotto che non ci abbiamo pensato troppo per acquistarne uno nuovo. Prodotto maneggevole, versatile, facile da usare sia per il lavaggio dei pavimenti che per l'uso del vapore per la pulizia delle fughe delle piastrelle e per igienizzare. Costo competitivo rispetto ad altri prodotti molto meno versatili
