I like this product it helps me with getting a longer sleep I’ve been struggling with my sleeping patterns and lately I noticed that I’m not waking up often at night. I also noticed that I can remember things quickly. I’m able to take naps which I never do before taking this. My advice though don’t take it during day time.

I take a number of supplements and in most cases it is difficult to correlate to a benefit. In this case I think I sleep better. These are really difficult to evaluate but in the mean time I’ll keep taking this one.

After taking this for a little while, with respect to sleep in particular, I’ve experienced no noticeable difference between this form of magnesium and magnesium citrate, which is much more affordable.It may be better for other things, but if you’re looking to take advantage of magnesium’s sleep benefits, you can spend less money for the same effect.
