Insert work exactly as advertised. The fit is great for my work shoes and I tried them in my sneakers and they fit well also. Yeah it won’t cure or heal tendon problems but sure does take the pressure off the tendon and make it easier to stay working.

OK Heel Support but Expensive
I suffer with Achilles tendonitis and I use orthotic inserts in my footwear.I got this as it seemed to be focussed specifically for my condition and some of the reviews were very positive about the relief they provided.They are comfortable and give stability to your foot and they don't extend to the arch of the foot like some inserts.The material they are made of feels soft and robust - they fit into my shoes well.I did not find they gave more or less relief than other orthotics so I was a bit disappointed in that regard hence the 3 star average rating and I do think they are quite expensive.If they were half the price I would recommend but at the current price I would say look at other products.
